Charleston-themed House for 10!

Come relax and play in Charleston at this one-of-a-kind experience at the Rainbow Oaks House! Beautifully inspired by Rainbow Row of downtown Charleston, this vibrant and unique home offers 5 themed bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, an elite chef`s kitchen and plenty of space both inside and outside for your entire group!

It’s our goal to make this your home while visiting Charleston, so you’ll have all the main amenities and appliances available to feel right at home. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary Nespresso coffee, or bring your coffee grounds for the drip coffee pot. Fenced-in backyard with propane grill and dining area for all your family and friends to enjoy and play games! Five color-themed bedrooms for up to 10 to stay comfortably.

Guests will have access to the entire property, except for a couple of locked closets for supply storage.

In your booking confirmation message you will receive a link to your Guest Rental Agreement, which must be reviewed and signed in order to receive the access details for the property. It is important that you carefully read and understand these terms before signing the agreement. After signing the Guest Rental Agreement property access details with keycode and WiFi information will be sent to you on the morning of your reservation.

By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations outlined therein. These terms and conditions are in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. They cover important aspects such as check-in and check-out procedures, house rules, usage of amenities, liability, and other essential guidelines. Host reserves the right to require a security deposit when deemed necessary.

I live and work in Charleston--- I will not be at the premises during guest stays, but I can be reached easily and can come to the home when needed.

My mission to provide a 5-star experience starts with understanding you and your guests-- whether that means communicating frequently with guests who prefer that, or giving plenty of space and less frequent messages to other guests who enjoy that more. I am happy to be any of that for my guests :)

Oaks Estates

Easy access to the home from the main road, and very close to the lake down the street. Friendly neighbors and a fun walk through the neighborhood with plenty of wildlife to view from the lake.
Up to 6 cars could fit along the main driveway, with some street parking available immediately in front of the home.

This home is dog-friendly, up to 2 dogs are allowed per reservation, which must be approved by the host in advance. A pet fee of $220 per pet will be charged, including ESAs.

Welcome to the Rainbow Oaks House! We want your stay to feel easy and worry-free, so we keep our rules short. Treat the home like your own and we`re all set.

- Pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs with prior approval (a small pet fee applies, including ESA) - please keep them off the furniture and pick up after them.

THE BASICS

- Check-in 3:00 PM (self check-in by keypad) | Checkout 10:00 AM. Need different times? Just check your Guest Portal for availability and for adding that to your reservation.

- Up to 10 guests. Please keep your reservation`s guest count accurate.

- The booking guest must be 25+ and stay on-site during the reservation.

A FEW THAT MATTER

- Smoke-free and vape-free everywhere on the property.

- No parties or events without our okay. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM (the property has outdoor cameras and decibel-only noise monitors for everyone`s safety).


- The garage is your game room (ping-pong + foosball!) - recreation only, no vehicles inside. Park in the driveway or out front.

POOL & LAKE SAFETY

- Our seasonal pool has no lifeguard - swim at your own risk, keep the gates closed, and watch children closely. No glass by the pool. The lake nearby is private property (not ours), so please enjoy the views from the road only—there are public access points not far from here for boats and fishing.

TREAT IT LIKE HOME

- No strict rules on trash, dishes, or laundry - just keep things tidy within reason. Before you leave: start the dishwasher, trash to the outdoor bins, thermostat to ~72F, lights off, lock up.

A couple of housekeeping notes: full terms - including pet, smoking, extra-guest, and damage fees and a possible refundable deposit - are in your Guest Rental Agreement, which you`ll sign after booking. We`ll send your keypad code and WiFi before arrival so you`re ready to walk right in.
