If the verification isn’t completed within 15 minutes, the reservation will unfortunately be canceled due to non-payment.
HOUSE RULES:
- Max number of guests [4] and is non-negotiable due to the fire code.
- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
- You must be 21 years or older to rent this property and present for the entirety of the reservation.
- Parking is available in spot #11 in the covered parking under the building. Please ensure you are parked in your designated area. There is also street parking available on a first come, first served basis.
- Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, whether indoors or outdoors.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- Please be respectful of the property and your neighbors.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7AM.
- Please do not leave any personal items on the balcony.
- Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind.
- Please note that we do not have access to the locked mailboxes at this property. We kindly ask that you do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home during your stay, as we cannot retrieve them on your behalf.
Hot Water:
Please note that the hot water tanks are shared between units so prolonged usage could affect temperatures.
HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
As you may know, Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. You may notice a few more of them around September and they’re completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
