House has a BBQ gas grill, patio dining, corn hole, smart tv's, WIFI, laundry, & stocked kitchen! Towels, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, + umbrellas provided for convenience. We have Pack'n'play + highchair.




Guests have complete privacy. We will be available anytime by phone and we will have a person you can contact that lives close by if you need assistance with anything.

Guests will have access to the entire 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property with a large circular driveway (3 car max), large backyard, heated pool and free laundry (all detergent provided).

The entire back yard is completely fenced - perfect for kids!

Check in is completely self-done! Just a simple keypad on front door will give you access to the house!

Villa Tropicana features three private bedrooms with three beds and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Everything in this home is brand new and stylishly renovated. Tiled floor, relaxing colors, well stocked kitchen with bar countertop and barstools, and relaxing decor to enhance the space. Huge dining room table! French doors overlooking the pool and backyard! Entire back yard is completely fenced in for kids and to ensure complete privacy! Very kid friendly house!!

The pool is heated. Great for hanging out! Propane grill, large outdoor seating areas, pergola! Lounge chairs to tan!

There is a Smart Roku TV in master bedroom which provides access to local and broadcast channels (CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX) for news & live sports, and has the ability to log into any streaming apps you may have! There is also a large Samsung 60" Smart TV in the living room. There is a smart front door lock that provides an easy self-check-in process.

BEDROOMS
The master bedroom offers a large King Bed with natural light and en suite private bathroom and a large closet. Plush bedding, side table lamps, 43” smart TV, 8 drawers large dresser and overhead fan. The en suite bathroom has a fully tiled shower and floors, small custom vanity and overlooks the pool.

The second bedroom is full of natural light, features a queen bed, two nightstands, lamps, a mirror, 6 drawers dresser, a closet, an overhead fan and is directly across the hall from the modern updated bathroom with a tub.

The third bedroom offers a queen bed, two nightstands, lamps. Just steps from the hall bathroom as well. There is a 6 drawers dresser for storage and overhead fan for additional comfort.

We also have a pack n play and highchair available for use in the house at no additional charge.

KITCHEN AND MAIN HOUSE
The living room has two couches that face a 60" smart TV and is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. Large windows let in all of the natural light, and there are solid blinds in the evening for maximum privacy.

Our dining room table comfortably sits 8 guests while everyone looks out towards the pool. A set of French doors open off of the dining room and into the pool area.
The kitchen is open, completely updated and renovated with large countertops, barstools and brand new stainless steel appliances. We have all the dishes, utensils, cookware, appliances, coffee makers that you need for your stay! Blenders, platters, margarita glasses… you name it!

The laundry room is inside the house with a newer washer and dryer. We provide laundry detergent, an iron and ironing board!

Step outside into paradise from the dining room and into the gorgeous tropical pool area. Enjoy your meals and cocktails on our patio set. We have a large outdoor table seating 6, as well as an additional table and chairs to seat more guests!

An outside propane grill is waiting for you!

Read a book in the shade, get your tan on in our lounge chairs, or play corn hole! Lounge chairs are by the pool to work on your tan and relax!

The entire back yard is completely fenced - perfect for kids!

We also have a pack n play and highchair available for use in the house at no additional charge.

We have beach chairs, umbrella and cooler available for when you head to the beach!

We are very close to so many gourmet restaurants, cafes, amazing shopping, spring training, and the BEACH!!

We provide all sheets, pillows, towels, beach towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, dish soap, plates, glasses etc!! Just bring your suitcase! If you need something we don't have.. please ask! We are always MORE THAN HAPPY to get anything you may need to make your stay more enjoyable!

OPTIONAL GUEST SUITE:

Looking for more space? We also offer an optional guest suite with its own private entrance and bathroom. This suite is completely separate from the main house and backyard, ensuring your privacy remains uncompromised. Note: The guest suite may be booked separately but has no access to the main house, pool or your private outdoor space.

It does not share access to the main house, backyard, or pool, so you can enjoy the entire outdoor space exclusively. This setup provides a comfortable and secluded stay for both main house guests and studio occupants, with everyone’s privacy in mind. ***

We do not allow:

NO PARTIES. Please respect the home and all of our neighbors. We do have quiet hours between 8pm-9am. There is a 3 car maximum.

NO SMOKING in the house. Smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home is subject to a $400 fee.

NO drugs are allowed on the premises whatsoever including the backyard.

NO PETS.

**We are very strict and DO NOT allow parties of any kind at the home or on the property.

Please respect this and treat this home as if it were your own.

This is a family neighborhood with wonderful and kind neighbors and we expect all guests to be respectful of the home and neighbors.

Please do not play loud music in the backyard or in the home.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in eviction from the home.

If you plan to have more people at the home or property than those listed on your reservation, you need to contact us in advance to get approval. Failure to do so may result in your reservation being canceled.

BBQ GAS GRILL / KITCHEN OVEN

Our property offers a gas grill for your enjoyment, perfect for outdoor cooking. Please note, guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after each use and before check-out. If the grill is not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, a cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted from the deposit. The same policy applies to the kitchen oven. Thank you for helping us maintain these amenities for all to enjoy!
