Great location, close to freeway and dog park.

Philip and Hannah were very responsive when needed even though there had been a death in their family close to the time of our rental. Good size rooms and closets. We were there for almost a month and had plenty of room for guests, meals and entertaining. Was very convenient to have washer dryer. Garage was a plus as was fenced yard for dog. Convenient new breakfast restaurant was going in next door during our stay. Will be great when open. Close to freeway for trips to Sugar House, downtown and ski trips. Grocery and other shopping close too. Good for families with children and pets.

Perfect!!

I can't stop thanking the owners of this wonderful Property for having me stay with my dog at their place. My stay with them has really reduced the shock i had with the small fire issues which got my house. They have been of good help to me and also helped me dealing with my insurance company. The place is well kept and everything you need is available for use. I recommend Them.

Amazing place

We loved it here! This beautiful homeaway was perfect for all of our needs. It was supremely quiet and very clean! Close to all of our activities. You will enjoy your stay here! Amazing place! Looks exactly like the pictures, very tastefully done. Highly recommended

It was great to host you, your girls and your lab will always have a place to stay in Salt Lake City. You will have to come for ski season next year!

Better Stay than What I Expected!

Hey Phil, thanks for writing to me. It was a fabulous stay. Though I was bit skeptical initially, your hospitality was at par. I feel so great to tell that your property was one of the best places that I have stayed till date. Salt Lake is now one of my favorite vacation destinations. I’m surely coming to your place again and try pizza from that pizza place.

Big House. Great Location. Memorable Stay

The title says it all I guess. Before I say something about the property, I would like to thank the owner. He’s a great host, quite friendly and wonder. I was looking for a place that could allow my four-legged companion along with my family. And this one just fit the bill. The kitchen had everything for a delicious homemade meal. The living area was so spacious that my daughter spent most of her time watching the TV when we were not hitting the outdoors. Super stay. I’m coming back to this place for sure.

Everything you need!

My husband and I stayed at this property for a few months while we were in Salt Lake City for a temporary work assignment. We had a great stay and would definitely go back. Philip and Hannah were great hosts, very quick to respond to any needs that we had. The property consists of a good size bedroom with a large closet, hallway, bathroom, and "utility room" with a washer/dryer, oven/stove, refrigerator, microwave, and storage cabinet. The apartment has everything you will need for kitchen supplies and linens. There is a private entrance to the apartment through the garage. There is parking for one car in the driveway, but several overflow spots right across the street. The apartment is true to the pictures. The location is the best part. It's easy access to a major interstate, 30 minutes to several ski resorts, walking distance to an amazing dog park, and right next to an awesome coffee/juice shop that we went to regularly. It's only about a ten minute drive downtown, and also a couple miles away from all of the fun in Sugarhouse. Hannah and Philip have a sweet dog that you will never hear a peep from, but we would call her downstairs to visit us. :) This is definitely a hassle free stay in a great location.

Caitlin and her husband were great guests, they stayed with us when we were renting out basement. We decided to rent the whole house after we got married instead of trying to rent to more than one group. They are welcome to stay with us anytime they come back to Salt Lake City. Thank you guys for being there for us during our wedding!
