I’m not one to usually write a negative review normally if I am not satisfied, I just won’t leave a review at all. However, in this instance, there were so many issues with our stay that I’m compelled to share my story so others may anticipate challenges staying at this property. -First there was no Internet for our entire stay and cell phone service is spotty and slow with Verizon. We notified the host right away and they could not resolve the Internet issue for our entire stay.—Secondly, and more concerning, the cleanliness of the property. Specifically there was MOLD on the shower head in the master bath and nasty stains all over the couch. -The sink in the kitchen and in the master bath were clogged. The master bath sink was slow draining, but the kitchen sink was not draining at all and was gross with a stinky odor from being backed up. -The kitchen cabinet underneath the sink was held closed by blue painters tape. The light in the kitchen had dead bugs. -The front door lock was busted so they had a combination lock box hanging on the knocker which you had to unlock and get a key to use for the front door. The front door handle was busted. -The toilet in the master bathroom was running on and off every 30 seconds and needed repaired. Unfortunately, even with the door closed this made it difficult to sleep. I’ve stayed so many times with VRBO properties however I’ve learned my lesson and will not rent again if there’s only one or minimal reviews.
