The rental property was worth the price, the apartment and the environment was really well kept. The host was easily accessible at all times. It was a short stay so we didn’t get to explore all the amenities that came with the rental. I would definitely stay there again if I ever go that way again.

My family and I stayed over the 4th of July holiday. The condo was everything listed! My family and I had a great time and our host was wonderful. Fully available and assistive. Really went above any beyond.Found the condo well stocked with all basics, great towels, sandwich bags, great beds, everything you want after traveling. Kitchen fully stocked. We used both pools, played golf, kayaked, beach, and more. Being on Barfoot Landimg has huge privileges without having to travel. There is no reason to go more then 10-20 minutes tops for anything.

Perfect weekend getaway!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, but still peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful immaculately Clean Home

Our stay at this condo in Myrtle Beach was truly amazing. I was incredibly impressed by how immaculately clean the place was—it made me and my family feel completely comfortable. The location was fantastic, though it's worth noting the house is on the third floor without an elevator. I have zero complaints about the house itself; it was perfect for our needs. The host was exceptionally responsive and assisted us promptly throughout our trip. They were thorough in ensuring we had an enjoyable stay, and the detailed manual provided all the necessary rules and answers to our questions. However, I must mention that the numerous rules did add some stress to our stay. I have rented houses for vacation in the past, and I must admit that the constant communication and emphasis on rule adherence felt a bit overwhelming at times. Additionally, we were required to thoroughly clean the apartment prior to check out. While I don’t mind keeping the place tidy, I was surprised at the expectation to do what felt like a deep clean given that we had already paid a cleaning fee with our reservation. I also felt additional pressure because I opted out of the insurance and had to pay a $3000 deposit that I wanted returned. The host had me send her a video upon check out, and that helped to expedite the return of my deposit. Despite these minor points, our overall experience was excellent.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and found the condo to be clean and comfortable. I would like to clarify that the deposit handling is managed strictly through the VRBO contract and is totally out of my control as a host. I did everything I could to expedite its return and happy it was returned immediately! Regarding the cleaning expectations, the manual only asks for trash removal and used towels to be placed in a laundry basket. Ensuring dishes are washed and the dishwasher is emptied is generally expected from all guests upon check-out. I apologize if this added any stress to your stay. Our intention is to avoid stress to any of our guests. I appreciate your understanding and am happy to hear that your overall experience was positive. If you’re considering a future visit to north Myrtle Beach, I’d be thrilled to welcome you back.
