This is a spacious 4 Bedroom/ 4 Bath condo directly on the Intracoastal Waterway. There are 3 balconies to sit back & enjoy the boats or the beautiful view of the pool. Maybe you want to relax after dinner and watch the sun set, this is the best view around. Did someone say fireworks?? Once again, the balcony will be your favorite place.
There are flat screens in all the bedrooms as well as in the large Living area. The Dining area has a nice table that seats 8 and the bar at the kitchen will seat 3 more. In the Kitchen you will find any appliance, or cooking gadget you need to make meals for your group and easily spend time with each other in this condo that boasts over 2500 square feet of roomy accommodations.
There are 4 bedrooms that have their own space in the unit. Every Bedroom has it's own full bathroom & flat screen TV. The Master has a King and the 2nd bedroom has 2 Queens. Bedrooms 3 & 4 have a King bed and 2 Queen beds respectively.
No need to continuously wash clothes or take any home to be washed, we have a full size washer and dryer for your convenience as well. There is nothing spared in our condo, this will ensure a great vacation indeed.
We have free WiFi in the unit as well as the finest amenities you could ask for right at your fingertips at Barefoot Landing.
Speaking of Barefoot Landing, have you noticed all the new & exciting plans happening right across the waterway.. you’re in a great location.
We also have a free shuttle that takes you directly to the beach that stops beside the condo from April- September.
This resort has it largest pool in SC, Basil & Garlic restaurant beside the pool, all the golf you could ask for (fees apply), marina onsite with rentals available (fees apply), shopping and restaurants galore.

Beautiful condo w/great views. Fireworks on Mon night. Great pool, restaurant next door. Secure location, gated parking. Comfy beds. Each bdrm w/bath. Kitchen well stocked. Owner, Sal, was extremely helpful & easy to reach & communicate with. Would highly recommend & would def stay again.

Had a blast!

We had a fantastic vacation as a whole family. There was so much to do in the area, so many restaurants, and the pool was perfect for our littles. Any questions that we asked before/during our trip were answered quickly! Sal is a phone call kinda guy, which was great because we received a ton of information when chatting. The fireworks on Monday were beautiful, and enjoyed by all. We will definitely be planning another vacation here in the future!

Worth the smiles and laughter

The location was excellent with a great view. We all talked about using it again. The owner of the unit, Sal, was a pleasure to meet. The "Jimmy Buffet" cruise on the Barefoot Queen was a delight. So many great places to shop and dine. The fireworks and evening music from across the canal was nice especially when sitting out on the balconies, which we had 3.

Great location! The property was clean and exactly as featured on VRBO. The host was very helpful and went out of way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay her again.

Barefoot Landing

Out of all the golf trips I’ve been on this was absolutely the best.This area was the best out of the way of all the touristy areas,clean and safe and close to great restaurants,beach and shopping and of course golf.Sal the host was so good easy to contact with any questions even the wives liked it

This condo was very clean and cozy. Big enough for our 11 family and friends. We loved and enjoyed our stay. The host Mr Sal was very friendly and attentive to his guess. We had fun and would definitely recommend this place to stay. When ever I’m in Myrtle Beach I will definitely stay here. Thanks again Mr Sal for making your home our home away from home!

Great Host

Sal made the check in process very easy and was able to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. The pictures don't do this place justice and it was just enough space for my family of 8 adults to have space to be all together and have space for alone time.

Great getaway

We stayed over the 4th and absolutely loved it. Easy access to the pool, short drive to the beach (there is a shuttle available), and kid friendly. We watched the fireworks from the balcony on the 4th and there was also a show on the 5th, great view! The only downside were all the extra fees through Vrbo which totaled almost $1k on top of the rate per night.

This is our 5th year staying in this unit. Great views from all 3 balconies. Perfect location in North Myrtle Beach- on the inter coastal waterway. Magnificent, super clean, updated this year. Very nice location next to the beach, nice owner, and nice place!

Upon arrival, most of the individuals in our group were stunned by how nice the place was - very spacious and enough beds/bathrooms (we had a full house of 12). The location next to the beach was very convenient for quick back and forth trips and plenty of available places to eat/see in the area. The owner was very courteous; in fact, we did have an issue with the sliding glass door handle breaking off due to previous wear and tear, but he came over and fixed it right away. Glad we chose this place, would definitely vacation/rent there again for the week!

Super clean, great area with beautiful view

Our recent trip to North Myrtle Beach was a combo vacation/ baseball trip that we shared with another family! The condo was super clean, in an awesome area. The views were beautiful, the pool was wonderful...lots of chairs never had a problem getting a seat, close to the beach! (We did not use the beach shuttle but an added extra!) Emily was great with her communication regarding questions we had prior to arriving and while there! We loved all of the wonderful restaurant choices nearby!

Fantastic get away

This is our 4th time renting this unit. It is absolutely perfect. You will not be disappointed. From start to finish everything is always perfect. Sal is excellent, always there to help in need of anything. The view is priceless. Please do not hesitate to spend some time in this 4 bedroom home away from home!!!

Great way to welcome in 2023!!!

This was our 2nd year celebrating the New Year at Barefoot Marina!!! Condo is absolutely perfect and in pristine condition. The view from the balcony breath taking. I could sit out there for days. Everything is perfect. Sal is a fabulous and courteous owner. Do not hesitate at all booking your Mrytle Beach getaway here!!!! You will not be disappointed.

Spacious is an understatement & a GREAT VIEW TOO

This is an absolutely amazing resort, but the 2500 sq ft place we were so happy to have as ours was amazing! It has the best view ever, from the pool to the waterway..and then across the water is Barefoot Landing, so many shops & places to eat. It was the best location for sure! I want to come back in the summer & rent some jet skis at the marina. Also the restaurant near the pool/marina was wonderful. A 5 minute walk to some great food & no need to worry about having too many drinks! Thank you for a memorable time for our family of12. I could not believe the space for all of us! It was awesome!

Fun and games

This is our second stay with this host in this condo and he is wonderful. We actually got to meet him this time and he kindly helped us get our things up to our condo and even gave us a tour of his other condo in the building. We will be back to stay again and we even plan to try the higher unit next time. Either one is great so stay here and enjoy the privacy of 4 beds, 4 baths, it’s really incredible!!!! Great location, central to everything, great views, and the peace of mind that your host is on top of things!!!

I purchased this property to be with my friends at the beach. I really like the waterway view & the peaceful area in Barefoot Landing. I wanted to do some upgrades things to this unit & wanted to make my guests know that I cared about the details as an owner. The unit had so much to offer it caught my eye when I realized how much space this 4 bedroom unit had as compared to units with even more bedrooms.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Just simply sit on the balcony and watch the beautiful yachts, sailboats, etc go by, it is so relaxing. Maybe as a renter you will just park your boat at the marina and walk to the villa. I think you will see the pride here in my place is for your enjoyment.
At the traffic circle beside my building, from April- Sept you will have access to a shuttle directly to the beach from our condos. You do not even have to worry about parking.
