It's a quick and easy drive or ride to all the beaches and golf from our quiet, modern, spacious house, two bedrooms, with full kitchen and outdoor hang out area.

You will have a quick fifteen-minute walk -- all on sidewalks -- to town, and a similar ten-minute walk to grocery store and mid-island restaurants and shopping. We are on the Surfside bike path, so it's a safe ride to south shore beaches and restaurants along Surfside. We are on the Mid-Island WAVE bus route and very close to the Miacomet Loop. There is no charge for buses for 2025. And we have plenty of parking if you bring your car.

Across the street from us is the Nantucket Community Pool, a six-lane, twenty-five-yard heated indoor pool with year-round lane swimming and family times and a masters group. Drop ins are welcome. Next door is Nantucket Cottage Hospital.

We are close to everything except for the traffic!
