The Space:

The views and the beach are incredible! It's all about the Views!!!!! This Seaside Escape overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is located in the Perdido Sun Resort, Perdido Key (Pensacola), Florida.



Wake up to the incredible views from both bedrooms! The master suite has a king bed and an on-suite full bath... The second bedroom has a queen bed with an on-suite bath.



Smart TV's are in the bedrooms, living room and also on the balcony for those who wish to watch the game and the sunset at the same time.



This retreat also has a queen sleeper sofa and plenty of comfortable seating.



A fully equipped kitchen with inside or outside dining are ready for you to enjoy. This beautiful retreat also has a washer and dryer!



Step out onto your private balcony to watch the waves crash against the sugar white sandy shore of Perdido Key (Pensacola), Florida. A Smart TV is also installed on the balcony just in case you want to enjoy your favorite show while watching the dolphins play.



Seaside Escape is located in the Perdido Sun Resort. Enjoy the indoor heated and the outdoor pools, hot tub as you grill beachside or just enjoy the sights and sounds of this beachside oasis. We also have a fitness room for those who wish to get a work out before hitting the beach.



This is a more laid back area for those who wish to relax, unwind & be refreshed. There are nearby restaurants serving the best seafood you could imagine. We have listed our favorites in our welcome book.



Enjoy our our nature preserves, parasailing, deep sea fishing, golfing, sunset tiki or dolphin cruising. Watch the Blue Angels practice shows when they are in town or head over to the Naval Aviation Museum or the Lighthouse.



Outlet shopping is about a 45 minute day trip. The Wharf is a great place to enjoy a concert of the many top artists of the day. There are so many wonderful things to do if you want to stay busy.

This is a beautiful condo with your own private balcony. You are given a private access code to enter your vacation retreat. You are also given a personal code just for you to access the common areas to enjoy at the resort (lobby, indoor/outdoor pools, gym, Seaside Charcoal grills).

The Neighborhood:

This is a laid back area in Perdido Key. Restaurants, state parks, dolphin cruises, deep sea fishing, golfing, excursions, and grocery shopping are nearby. Walmart is a 15 minute drive. Outlet shopping is also available about 45 minutes away.



Visit the Nature Preserves or the Naval Aviation Museum and Lighthouse.



Watch the Blue Angels practice shows when they are in town.

This is a no smoking/vaping resort. There is designating smoking areas at the front of the main entrance. No smoking, toking or vaping is allowed inside the retreat or on the balcony.



No carts are allowed inside the retreat. Please unload from the front door.



You must be at least 25 years old to book and the person reserving must also be the one occupying the retreat.



No pets are allowed. Only registered and licensed service animals are permitted and this information must be provided in advance before the booking.



It's a great place to relax and unwind. It's not considered a party atmosphere. Please keep this in mind when reserving your time away with us.
