Welcome to your ultimate getaway in the heart of Lake Harmony! Nestled in the prestigious Lake Harmony Estates, our 4-bedroom retreat offers the perfect blend of serenity and adventure for your winter or summer escape.

SUMMER ACTIVITIES
Take a short 15 minute stroll to the private Lake Harmony Beach where you can fish, power boat, water ski, swim, enjoy picnic tables and beach volleyball. Our neighborhood also has tennis and shuffleboard courts and Lake Harmony Watersport is available to rent kayaks, canoes, row boats, paddleboards, water skis and wakeboards. Prefer land-based adventures? Explore the scenic trails of Hickory Run State Park and Austin Blakeslee Natural Area, both just a short drive away.

WINTER ACTIVITIES
Perfectly nestled in between Big Boulder Ski Resort and Jack Frost Ski Resorts, there is no better way to access the local mountains than from our cabin. Both ski resorts are a 5-10 minute drive from our cabin where you can ski, snowboard, and go snow tubing.

OTHER ACTIVITIES
A myriad of other activities await you and your family including the Poconos Raceway, Split Rock Resort, horseback riding, paintball, bowling, theaters, golf, shopping, and more!

INSIDE THE CABIN:
Step inside to discover a spectacular game room, complete with a full-size pool table, wet bar, and foosball table - perfect for lively evenings with family and friends. Unwind in front of the stone gas fireplace, catch up on your favorite shows on one of the 3 Smart TVs, or challenge each other to a gaming session in the loft area.

Whip up a home made meal in our fully equipped kitchen as you gather in our dining area that seats 10+. We even have essentials covered for our littlest guests, including a high chair, portable baby gate, and pack and play.

CABIN LAYOUT:
The cabin has three levels.

First Floor: Game room and wet bar, 1 full bathroom, 2 bedrooms both with Full size beds.

Second Floor: Kitchen, Family Room, 1 full bathroom, 2 bedrooms both with Queen size beds.

Loft: 2 Full size beds, 1 Twin bed, and 1 half bath.

OUTDOORS:
Outdoor enthusiasts will love the expansive decks with ambient lighting, perfect for alfresco dining or soaking in the 8x8 foot hot tub under the stars. Challenge your friends to a game of bocce ball or horseshoes, then gather around the fire pit for s`mores and stories.

HOUSE RULES:
- QUIET HOURS: Neighborhood Quiet Hours are from 10pm - 7am. Please bring your conversations indoors by 10pm.
- NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapors, marijuana, etc) is not allowed inside the house. If you smoke outdoors, please pick up after yourself.
- NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS: A max of 13 guests are allowed and all guests must be a part of your reservation.
- OTHER: Please care for the property as if it`s your own. We don`t except guests to clean up during their stay, but we except guests to treat our property with respect and leave it in similar condition to how they found it. Excess mess / trash will incur an additional cleaning fee.

Failure to observe any of the House Rule above will result in a minimum $500 fine.

PETS ARE ALLOWED:

We welcome up to two house trained dogs for an additional $125 per dog. We appreciate you keeping an eye on your dogs and kindly ask that they do not jump on the beds and furniture. Dogs should be crated inside the home when owners are out. Damage to the property will incur additional charges.

RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK IN PROCESS
Guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement prior to check-in. The agreement outlines house rules, liability, and property use. We also ask guests to provide an ID and CC upon booking. These additional security measures had to be implemented to prevent fraudulent bookings. A link with all of this information will be provided upon booking. If you are not comfortable with any of this information, you are welcome to cancel within 24 hours of booking as long as it`s not a same day booking.

PLEASE NOTE:
All electronic accessories and system connections—including USB converters, plugs, hot tub system components, and the Fire Stick in the loft—are essential parts of the home and are clearly labeled not to be removed or tampered with. These items are provided for guest use only during your stay and must remain in the home at all times; any missing, damaged, or removed electronic equipment or connections will incur a $100 replacement fee, which may be deducted from the security deposit or charged through the booking platform.
