Upscale Lakefront Vacation in the Heart of the Poconos

Get away from it all! Relax in the quiet comfort of the Pocono Mountains. Take a springtime nature walk around the area or in one of the the nearby State Parks. Leave the congestion and enjoy the solitude.

Beautiful spring foliage peaks at this time of year. Walk around the community or visit one of several nearby State parks.

In the heart of Poconos, this modern contemporary home is on Summit Lake with many of the rooms having a lakefront view. It is located on Holiday Drive between Vacation and Leisure Lanes.

The home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, large sun-room/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and family room with BIG screen streaming TV, gas fireplace foosball and pool table. Wireless internet is included. Additional streaming TV's are in all bedrooms. Hardwood floors throughout. Linens, but not towels, are provided.

Great place to relax. In the summer, go fishing and boating in our 2 kayaks and 4 person row boat. Swim at the association's pool and beach. Cook outdoors on the deck gas grill or toast marshmallows around the fire pit by the lake.

Rentals are for families and family groups. Everyone must be over the age of 25 for non family groups . All groups limited to 8 people.

Off street parking for up to 4 cars.

The home is situated near Camel Back, Big Boulder, and Jack Frost ski resorts. The Kalahari, Split Rock, and Camel Beach Water Parks are only minutes away. The casino, Pocono Raceway, shopping malls, state parks, and many more attractions make this the ideal location for year round fun.

This location is perfect for a cozy holiday vacation with the family. We enjoyed the view of the lake as it froze over, stayed warm in the spacious living room, and enjoyed a late Thanksgiving dinner. Thankfully this location was close to quite a few stores to grab those last minute necessities.

This is a lovely lake property. It’s roomy with a good number of sleeping areas. There are local things to do in the Poconos, or you can relax in the home and enjoy the view of the lake and the swans, have play time in the game room or catch up on your programs on one of the big screen TVs. The laundry area and kitchen are well equipped. Markets and take out are close by. This rental house felt like a home, comfortable and lived in. Great for couples or families. We enjoyed our stay here!!!

Great Stay in August 2025

We had a family of 8 stay in August and everything was great, we had no issues. Check in/out was so easy. The view of the lake was amazing and relaxing. My nephew caught fish every day in the lake. We especially liked access to the rowboat and kayaks.

The house is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was lacking a few basic essentials and some of the kitchenware was dirty. The extras such as the pool table, foosball, cornhole and boats were enjoyable

Warm and Welcoming

We stayed at Don & Pat's place over what turned out to be quite a cold weekend. However, save for the frosty lake and the occasional falling icicle, we would never have known it was as cold as -2 outside. The home is warm and cozy and the skylights add a touch of sunshine all throughout the house. Pat is very responsive and accommodating and the house has just about everything we could have needed. Ww would definitely stay again.

Great family getaway location

This house was great for our three families to gather and celebrate New Year’s together. Our teenagers loved the pool table and fusball. And the weather was even warm enough to throw a football around and play cornhole.Our only complaint was that the property didnot provide towels, not even hand towels. If you were flying in this would force you to go to the store and buy your own bath towels if you want to shower, which is kind of ridiculous. you to

Absolutely wonderful getaway home

We stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend and it was perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean and well kept, and the views of the lake were absolutely gorgeous. The area is also perfect for vacation stays, since there's all the things you could need nearby. Grocery stores, a pharmacy, gas stations. Highly recommend and will keep bookmarked for future trips.

Water Outage & Poor Communication

We experienced a water outage from early morning until evening, lasting 8 hours, on the second day. This caused major inconvenience for our group of 12 as we couldn’t use the bathroom, shower, or even clean dishes to cook food during that time. The water quality was poor, likely well water, and not suitable for drinking or cooking. Additionally, there was no supply of paper towels provided. When I requested a reimbursement, the host ignored my messages. There was also an uneven floor with sharp edges in one room that caused discomfort when walking into the living room. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Great end of summer getaway

We had a wonderful stay! We really enjoyed hanging out by the dock and using the fire pit. There was plenty of room for our group of 7.

Peaceful Pocono Retreat

We had a great 3 day stay. House was large and had beautiful lake views plus the walk was literally just steps to the lake from the back deck. Roasting marshmallows by the fire pit was fun for the kids. Owners were nice and very responsive. Only complaint would be that the master bedroom hallway bedroom and bathroom upstairs had no coverings from all the light streaming in every morning from the several ceiling windows, which made it alittle difficult to sleep after the sun came up. It would be nice to have some shades for that. Otherwise a really relaxing stay!

Family lake vacation

The lakehouse was amazing! Very roomy and comfortable! We played cornhole every day and played pool every night! The only thing I wish they had was an umbrella on the deck for some shade in the morning and early afternoon. Other than that it was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!
