"Endless Summer" at Building 3 at Beachside Villas in Famous Seagrove Beach!

This updated 2 bedroom 2 bath, ground floor unit is located in the quiet, family friendly Beachside Villas. Only 4 miles from Seaside and off the beaten path of 30A but conveniently located to many area shops, restaurants and entertainment and less than 50 yards to the beach access. .

The living area is open to the kitchen and has sliding glass doors out to the patio and offers a queen sleeper sofa.

Our updated, well stocked kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, blender, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, utensils and more.

We just added a new, comfortable king bed in the guest bedroom where there are also twin bunks, a private bathroom and closet.

The master bedroom also has a comfortable king bed, private bathroom and closet.

We include premium Umbrella and 3 chairs for your use at the beach. Easy to walk to the beach or take the trolley from your front door. TVs in each room with excellent internet and speed!

Each room has a smart, flat screen TV with plenty of free channels including ESPN, FOX, all the networks in every room. Internet is free and fast also.

Rent bikes and enjoy the ride along the Timpoochee Trail that runs the length of 30A so you can explore Seagrove and the other quaint communities close by.

Beachside Villas has two pools, 1 seasonally heated, tennis courts, shuffleboard and community charcoal grills.

Bedding: This unit is designed to sleep 6 people comfortably.

Great place for family vacation. Beachfront at condo is a stickler for only staying on the wet sand, but tram from condo helped. Also spent a day at Grayton Beach State park. The beach access would be nice, but not necessary to still have a great time.

Nice property

Unfortunately our stay was cut short by a family emergency and we had to return home a day after arriving. The property manager allowed us to check in early and was easy to reach when I called. The condo was very close to the beach but we didn’t learn until we received our check-in information that the beach in front of us was reserved for another set of condos and homeowners. However, there was a beach shuttle pick up right outside our condo so it would have been easy to get to the “public” beach. The condo was clean but a little on the small side so there wasn’t much room to spread out but it was very well kept and had all the necessities.

Great Stay

Overall everything was great! Our kids loved the beach and pool. The condo was perfect for us, especially with an infant. The only minor knock is that the place to set up tents on the beach isn't immediately off the boardwalk but another 5 minutes west along the beach past the houses. There is a golf cart to drive you along the road to the beach access, which is helpful. With little kids, it was slightly more walking than anticipated, but it's still a great place to stay. We enjoyed the location and would stay again!

For a small group, PERFECT

For our family of 4 who love to travel, this was a great spot to call home for a week. We visited the squeaky sound beaches respected the private beach owners property and made a way to where we could enjoy the white sands. We enjoyed body surfing and snorkeling looking for shells. We went down to Shell Island as well for a dolphin tour which is 30 to 45 minutes away. Condo is great comfortable and what you need for a trip.

Great little spot close to the beach

This condo was perfect for our trip. We had three adults and a toddler and it was just the right size for us. We didn’t spend much time there (mostly just for sleeping and breakfast) and the living space might be a little small for bigger groups or groups planning on spending time there. The location was amazing! Steps to the beach and only about a ten minute walk to shops and restaurants. Beachy Bean coffee is great for brunch/lunch and has an awesome outdoor area on the water. The Old Florida Fish House (also within walking distance) is delish! The condo was clean and came with beach toys and a beach wagon that our toddler loved playing with on the trip. The kitchen had a Keurig, which was wonderful in the mornings. Having a washer/dryer was also a huge plus and something that many other listings in the area were lacking. We had one issue (no highchair, as described in the listing) and the owner communicated well and fixed it promptly. We would love to come back and stay here again.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The beach access was great, we loved the lagoon and had a great time relaxing in the water. We found the kitchen fully stocked with utensils, plates, cups and cooking pots and pans. We found two working coffee makers. The washer and dryer were both in working order. The beach access and pool are within a short walk. We did experience loud water falling sound in the Master bedroom most mornings we were there, I believe it was the people above us as it stopped the day they left. Myers property management was very kind and responsive with contacting us on early entry and updates to the arm band policy for pool and shuttle. Would definitely stay here again .

Adequate but very tight.

Unfortunately the unit is not quite set up for 6 in space comparison. There were 5 of us and it was very cramped in the seating area of the living room. The small green chair is small & worn out and very uncomfortable to sit in and the sofa should be cleaned. When we arrived the clothes dryer had a sign attached "do not use - fire hazard" on it. It was not repaired until Wednesday. We were told it is a plumbing issue and service removed a total of 17 gallons of water from the line. The kitchen is not well equipped with the necessary cooking utensils/pans and the coffee maker was broken. We lost sleep on Wed night to what sounded like a water fall in the master bedroom wall at the headboard. Stayed awake and watched for water staining but none appeared and it did finally stop. We left a day early (Friday 7/9/21). :( I did send an email to Myer Properties. Thank you, Stary Chastain

Week at the Beach

The property was as described and no major issues were noted during our stay. We had some initial questions when checking in, but the owner picked up on the first ring and was able to answer all of our questions immediately. Very responsive.

Excellent Location and Close Proximity to Beach!

We loved the proximity to the beach and great restaurants (especially the Hub which is great for our kids). Very clean and perfect lay out for families with kids. The only downside was that it rained a lot while we were there because of a tropical storm, so it would've been great if there was a Smart TV to stream all of our kids favorite tv shows from our iPhone (I am being picky I know..haha). Excellent location and great stay overall though. Will definitely go back in the future!

The space is great for a family focused on beach time. Great location near the ocean and lake with beach inlet for young children to play. Property is compact, but provides all the creature comforts for cooling down after a day at the beach and cooking family meals.

great location, great value, steps from the beach!

The unit is exactly as advertised - clean, updated, cozy, 300 feet from the beach! Yes, the unit is small, but we spent no time there except for sleeping. All the beds were super comfortable; kitchen had everything you'd need; so convenient to have washer/dryer in the unit; parking right outside the door; tennis court and pool steps away. Also being so close to Eastern Lake is wonderful. Just walk down to the end of the road and watch some glorious sunsets! Jon was a responsive gracious host, available immediately with answers to our questions, replacing a light bulb in the fridge, resetting a TV, etc...my only knock on the whole complex - not Jon's place - is the outside of the building is a bit tired. But is it a high-end property? No. But, but clean, comfortable, a great value, close to the beach, and away from the Seaside 30A craziness. Would definitely consider staying there again if we come back.

Relaxing spring break

The location is quite nice. In the middle of the chaos. Right between seaside and rosemary. We were able to bike ride to both locations. Bikes are a necessity though since parking is difficult and there is not much walking distance. Once we had bikes it was amazing. The beach is a few min away and just so pretty. The condo is definitely a lot smaller than it appears in the pictures but overall we had a great time.

Long Weekend Getaway

My husband and I recently enjoyed a long fall weekend at my one of my most favorite places in the world—Seagrove Beach. We had a very pleasant stay at Endless Summer. Usually, my BFF’s and I make an annual beach trip to Seagrove and stay in another condo in the Beachside Villas complex. This year, due to COVID, we had to cancel our May trip. When my husband suggested our getaway, my usual condo was booked. Endless Summer met our requirements of being on the ground floor, close to the beach access, having a king-size bed and having comfortable seating in the living room area (it baffles me that so many rental condos have really uncomfortable seating in their living areas). Plus, it was very reasonably priced and we didn’t have to rent for a full week. It was spotlessly clean. There are king-sized beds in both bedrooms with excellent mattresses. In the second bedroom there is also a set of bunk beds. Both bedrooms have nice flat screen TVs, as does the living room, and you have many channels to choose from including kids, cooking, sports and HGTV. There are plenty of bath linens and extra blankets if you get chilly in the night. The sheets and towels are good quality. We ate out the whole time we were there, but it looked like they have plenty of pots and pans. They did not have beach towels, beach chair, umbrella, wagon, etc. It’s a small condo. In my opinion it would be better for a couple, a family of 4 or 4 adults. You could do 6 adults if you really like each other, yet aren’t big on being in the living area at the same time. It’s a great place to stay while you enjoy a wonderful time on 30A.

Beachside Villas is convenient to everything 30A has to offer. The complex itself is quiet, family friendly and only a very short distance to the beach access. There are two pools, one is seasonally heated, tennis courts and shuffleboard. I enjoy playing tennis so having access to tennis courts was a must for me, not to mention being so close to the beach.
