Margianou Seaview Apartment 1 is located on a hillside of South Pelion, in a quiet environment, just 400m away from the sandy beach of Kalamos Beach.

Margianou Seaview Apartment 1 is a comfortable, two-room (self-catering) apartment, on the 1st floor of a complex of 4 apartments with traditional architecture. The apartment has been designed for couples and families and it is fully equipped to ensure a memorable, relaxed stay. The stunning view from the balcony and the magnificent sunset will impress every visitor.
The Margianou Seaview apartment offers these amenities:
• Living room: The living room area is perfect for you to sit and enjoy the beach view from morning till night, while enjoying the A/C, the satellite TV, of course free Wi-Fi, and some books for reading, having also one sofa bed for sleeping and relaxing.
• Kitchen and dining area: The kitchen is the space where you can cook your own meals, as it is fully equipped with all utensils you may need, the cooking basics such as pots and pans and dishes and all cutlery, as well as many appliances (fridge, freezer, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster).
• Bedroom: Adding a more cozy touch to the bedroom, there is a queen size beds with comfy mattresses and bed linen with extra pillows and blankets as well as a closet with hangers for storing your clothes.
• Bathroom: Three is a private bathroom with toilet, shower with how water and a toilet sink with drawers for more storage and a hairdryer.
• Balcony: The apartment has a panoramic view of the beach and features a balcony/ veranda with an outdoor table and chairs, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise or sunrise of the sea of Pagasitikos Gulf of Pelion.
• Exterior: Around the complex of the apartments, there is a BBQ facility in the garden where guests can enjoy it. This is not a private space, as guests from the other apartments can use it.

Location / Guest access
The apartment is located at the southwest point of the Pelion peninsula, 400m from the sandy beach of Kalamos, looking at the Pagasitikos Gulf.
The nearest village is Argalasti, which is 6 km (10 minutes) from the Accommodation.
In the village there are supermarkets, shops, gas stations, pharmacy and health center.
The nearest town is Volos, which is 40 km (50 minutes) from Argalasti.
Volos is the capital of the region. It is built at the foot of Pelion, 325 km (4 hours) from Athens and 220 km (3 hours) from Thessaloniki.
Flights from Europe are direct to Volos (during the summer season), Thessaloniki, and Athens.
To explore and visit all the picturesque villages of the Pelion region, we recommend you try this adventure by car only.

It is the ideal base for excursions throughout Pelion.

At a distance of 6 km, you will find the village of Argalasti, where there are: Super Market, Fuel Stations, Pharmacies, ATMs and Health Center and Taverns in its picturesque square.
