Welcome to your bright and modern Coastal Seabrook Retreat, a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bath home perfect for up to 6 guests. Designed for comfort and convenience, it's an ideal choice for beach lovers, corporate travelers, or families seeking a peaceful getaway.

• King Primary Suite: Features a comfortable King-size bed, plush linens, a private Smart TV, and direct access to a private full bathroom.



• Queen Quarters: Offers a comfortable Queen-size bed and a private Smart TV.



• Second Queen Retreat: Provides a comfortable Queen-size bed and a private Smart TV.



• Two full bathrooms (one en-suite, one shared) with standard tub/shower combos. We provide initial supplies of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, fresh linens, and plenty of towels.



Living & Entertainment:



• Relax in the well-lit living room, featuring comfortable grey sofas and a large Smart TV perfect for movie nights. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, along with central A/C and heating for year-round comfort.

• Our functional kitchen, with its dark cabinets and stainless steel appliances, is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. You'll find a full refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and toaster. All necessary pots, pans, dishes, and silverware are provided. Enjoy meals at the dedicated 4-seater dining table within the kitchen area.

• Laundry: An in-unit full-size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. You'll also find a hair dryer available.

• Safety & Security: The property is equipped with secure entry, functioning smoke detectors, and a carbon monoxide alarm.

• Tampering with smoke detectors is strictly forbidden and results in a $1,000 fine and immediate termination of the stay.

• The host will not be present during your stay, ensuring your privacy. However, we are available via message or phone to assist with any questions or issues that may arise, such as temperature adjustments, to ensure you have a comfortable stay.
