Wonderful stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great stay as always at a beautiful condo. Easy check in process and condo unit and comp,ex overall had everything we coukd want to enjoy a week at the beach.

Reviewer Comments: Ocean Villas is the go to community for our family vacations over the past 40 plus years. 67 is definitely one of the most outstanding condos. This condo is well maintained, the amenities are lovely and steps away from the walkway to the beach. Our family highly recommends it.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While this 3-bedroom condo was nicely updated and had a modern feel, our stay was significantly impacted by the cleanliness issues we encountered. Upon arrival, we found the floors covered in dirt, and it was evident that the sheets and towels had not been washed. The dishes in the kitchen were also dirty, which was quite disappointing.We had two children under the age of one with us, and their hands, feet, and knees quickly became black from the dirty floors. This was particularly concerning and unacceptable for a place that should have been clean and safe for our family.We had to spend a considerable amount of time deep cleaning the entire unit before we could settle in. This included mopping the floors, washing all the linens, wiping down all of the surfaces (especially in the kitchen) and cleaning the dishes. Additionally, we had to spend extra money on cleaning supplies, including a mop and cleaning agents. It was far from the relaxing start to our vacation that we had hoped for.The updates to the condo are commendable, and it has the potential to be a fantastic place to stay. However, the lack of cleanliness overshadowed the positive aspects. I hope the management can address these issues to ensure future guests have a better experience.
