During the winter months enjoy watching the whales migrate from the comfort of the patio!

When you’re ready to relax inside, help yourself to the use of the smart TV that is equipped with basic streaming services such as Netflix and Apple TV. A JVL Bluetooth speaker is also available for use as you enjoy listening to music while cooking up a meal!

Not only does this condo overlook the ocean, but also the heated pool and restaurant where you can enjoy a spectacular meal and a cold drink at the swim up bar!

There are two private beaches available to choose from! One beach is located at west end of the property where you can go to watch the sunset and enjoy the view of Lands End (the famous Cabo Arch). The other beach is located on the east end of the property where you can view the sunrise and snorkel alongside tropical fish!

The bedroom and living space both have large sliding glass doors, enhancing the panoramic view of the ocean! Enjoy listening to the waves all while laying in a wonderful king size bed.

The bathroom shower is complete with a sitting bench and two large shower heads.

Within a 5-minute walk, you’ll find yourself at two of the highest-rated restaurants in Cabo, Sunset de Mona Lisa and Manta at the Cape Hotel. Enjoy some live music at Jazz on the Rocks that offers a fantastic sunset view of all of Cabo and Lands End!

If you are interested in taking a trip downtown, it is a quick 5 minute Uber drive.

There is an onsite mini-market with a variety of groceries, beer and some spirits. Across from Misionies is a large grocery store called Freskos. Costco and Walmart are also within a 5 minute drive from the condo!
