OCEAN VIEW! Privacy and Romance are yours! This updated condo has the peace, quiet and views to put you instantly "on vacation". An over-size balcony allows you to relax with a coffee while watching the SUNRISE over the ocean, enjoy cocktails for happy hour, and keep an eye on friends at the pool. Privacy doors can be closed or open between the living room and upon your needs. And, if you are an amateur chef, the condo is equipped with all the spices, utensils and cookware you would need for trying your hand at new "Mexican" recipes!
(NOTE- I have rented it on a different site and you can see my guest reviews there...just ask :-)

OCEAN VIEW! This exceptional location offers a 5th floor view of the ocean -- complete with roaring waves -- before you have even gotten out of bed in the morning! There is a dramatic view of the ocean from every room. If you like walking, swimming, snorkeling, or setting will be perfect for you.

The pools and immaculately manicured gardens and grounds are here for your enjoyment. Two pools are on-site for your enjoyment: One with a dramatic infinity edge and view of the "Arch" and town of Cabo San Lucas. The other has a swim up bar with the most authentic margaritas in town along with fabulous Mexican food -- all at fabulous prices!

Below you is a private, snorkeling beach and I provide 2 sets of masks/snorkel for your use. The fish will literally eat out of your hand at the snorkel beach! Or find friendly iguanas at the pool or in the gardens to tempt with fresh fruit.
Sunset de Mona Lisa Restaurant is located on the edge of the property, providing you with a view of the sunsets so spectacular, you'll come back night after night. In addition, a deli/cafe/market is on site with very reasonable prices on food, liquor and sundries. In all, there are 5 restaurant choices within walking distance including one offering room service; 3 others for romantic dinners or dancing. The resort features a guarded, gated entrance and parking lot providing for your safety and assistance.

This 5th floor condo has everything- SmartTV, WIFI, and cooking gadgets galore including fully-equipped spice rack. Cabo San Lucas is only 3 miles away by bus, taxi or rental car. Costco and Walmart are within 2 miles and along the main hi-way to/from town.

This is a condo so you will have complete privacy during your stay-- however, I also live in the neighboring building so I can quickly and easily assist you whenever needed. I have lived in Cabo since 2006 and can offer many suggestions on activities, food, fun! I love people to enjoy my town and often act as tour-guide and concierge.

What a beautiful view and property. It’s a far enough from the main marina that you can enjoy the ocean waves and whales but close enough to drive or Uber in if you want! Lots of sweet kitties hang in the area and if you’re lucky you can catch a breaching whale or a hummingbird visiting on the patio. Nice little private beach area a few minutes walk away, two pools and a two cute bars w food if you don’t want to leave.

Enjoyed the stunning sunrise views. We could spot whales from the balcony. The hummingbirds made their company delightful. Additionally - the shower is large and nice and the pull-out couch is comfortable. The Uber pickup and drop off was very convenient - the marina not being too far from the location. The host was nice, super flexible, very responsive to our questions & stayed in touch throughout our stay.

The host Christine gave us a warm welcome and relayed all the important information. Her condo is gorgeous. The condo is equipped with everything you need and the kitchen is well stocked. She is generous with all the sundries. We really appreciated being able to use her swim fins, beach chairs and beach umbrella.

My husband and I loved Christina’s place! It had everything we needed and we slept very comfortably. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and we loved waking up to the sunrise! The only thing that would have made it better is if it was whale season. We missed them by a month. That would be so cool to see them from the balcony!We booked several excursions with Andre at the pool bar. Including an amazing sunset sailboat cruise with dinner and private snorkeling off of Chilleno Beach. This unit is very private with no one else on the floor in that area. We loved it!

Amazing Stay!

Christine was a wonderful host and the property is fantastic. Safe, clean and great amenities. The private beach was beautiful and relaxing and the poolside bar was well stocked and very reasonably priced. Really short trip into town as well. I will be booking again if ever back in Cabo.

Looking for a rest

Gorgeous view of sunrise, sunset and whales....beautiful pool.....very relaxing and restful, exactly what we wanted. Our host, Christine was delightful and went high above our expectations.

Christine’s condo is the bomb! Super comfy, with everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation in the condo or nearby. Christine is super helpful and welcoming, too! We would happily stay there again.

Gorgeous Cabo fun!

The view from the condo patio is splendid! We enjoyed relaxing, watching whales, boats, waves, and birds every day. The condo is just as pictured, with comfy bed, big shower, beach supplies (towels, chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear…), even jigsaw puzzles! Christine is a wonderful host, engaging and helpful yet always discreet and professional. We used Uber to get to town (not much in walking distance), which worked very smoothly. The property pool and bar/cafe was ideal - you could swim up for daily happy hour, enjoy the most delicious fish or shrimp tacos, and meet interesting people! Enjoy!!

Cabo Getaway

Christine our host was great and looked after us from beginning to end of our stay. The property was awesome! Clean, quiet, safe, well equipped unit and complex. We ate in most days by choice, but there are options within walking distance or short Uber drive to downtown. All property staff was super friendly and accommodating. My only comment would be if you’re looking for more action and excitement this might not be your place as it was pretty laid back which was what we were looking for in a holiday. But with saying that, again a short Uber to the action is readily available. Lastly, the semi private beach was a short walk and it was beautiful. You can snorkel if you want or just lay on the clean sand under the unit provided beach umbrella. All in all I would recommend this property and if we go back we would stay again! Thanks Christine!

A lovely place to stay

This condo was so comfortable for my sister and me for a five day stay. I am not sure if the description captures the size of the unobstructed view…it was amazing to see so many whales spouting in the Sea of Cortez! Such a quiet, peaceful place to simply relax and recuperate. We swam in the pool, ate simple meals at the pool bar, and were able to have a great vacation! The owner, Christine, is great.

Great views and relaxing stay

Great stay and the property is as described. Amazing view from the balcony to watch sunrise and whales every day. We enjoyed relaxing on both beaches and pools accessible on the property. Many days we found ourselves eating at the small cantina bar on the property. They have great food, drinks and service. We loved our time at the property.

Cabo stay

Christine was awesome! The only issue we had at all was the condo was on the 5th floor. As luck would have it, the elevator was broken. Christine was so apologetic and had some gentlemen there to take our luggage up to the condo. It was a little tough for my husband as he is 81 years and has back issues. But being the trooper he is, we managed. It was a work out for me, which I loved! Christine also refunded 50% our stay due to the inconvenience. Great place....just make sure elevator works or you are in shape!

Perfect spot for a short visit! Lovely pool, great food, really nice staff! I really appreciated the assistance in finding a ride from the airport! Seeing and hearing the ocean each morning really topped it off! We look forward to visiting again!

Sunrises on the balcony

Coming from a couple of time zones to the east, it was easy to have a perfect start to the day while sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee, listening to the waves, and watching the sun come up. We were close enough to the Marina that a quick Uber ride had us there in minutes, but we were far enough away to relax in the pools or the local beach. Christine was delightful, and we'll likely be back.

Great condo for the price

This condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and overlooks the pool. It is well priced because it is mostly dated. But everything works. I wouldn’t say this place is great for young kiddos though. Lots of little trinkets around that could be broken and no pack and play. The listing photos are what you get. There is one TV that you turn around if you want to watch it in the bedroom. But you can’t really see bc it’s so low. I think the bed was replaced and listing wasn’t updated bc there’s no way the bed was a king. It’s the same size as the couch bed. The couch bed is soft but your feet are much higher than your head. Also not sure where the listing sq feet came from it’s about 800-900 sq ft. There was a new little microwave stand and prep station in the kitchen which was nice bc there is limited counter space. Also some nice little things in the bathroom like make up remover wipes, a make up remover wash cloth, soaps, hair dryer. I’d go back if I didn’t have the kids but it was a bit too small for 4 people for me. Also I’d keep all of your food in the fridge as we had ants.

Everything was just as you see on the VRBO site! Gorgeous view from the deck! Two pools and two beaches! Really nice! Food on site was excellent! No complaints! Our week was more that what we dreamed it would be! Communication with owner was excellent!

(Reviews upon request) Originally from MN/WI, I have lived in Cabo since 2006 and I live on-site in a condo here at Misiones as well. I love the development and its proximity to town so much I bought this new one as a rental. I absolutely LOVE to help my guests get the best experience they deserve and happily act as tour guide/concierge when needed. I can help with airport travel and activities arrangements.

This is a beautiful property that has gardens, beaches, and close restaurants/bars. Because it has 2 pools, you can choose the one you prefer for the vacation atmosphere you want (social or quiet). It is a quiet resort at night; however, there are 2 bars on the beach that have amazing sunset views, music and cocktails/food if dining and dancing are your thing. And, when you want, taxis or Uber are available to shuttle you into downtown Cabo for trips to the marina, beach, Cabo Wabo, Squid Roe and all the other sights to see there. It's about a 5 min. ride to downtown.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I fell in love with this condo the minute I walked into it because of the gorgeous view of the the ocean, pool and grounds below. I have lived in the adjoining building for 12 years and love the safety/security of the location and grounds! The sunset view from the Mona Lisa/Sunset Point restaurants on the beachfront has the BEST view of the Arch in all of CABO!
