Guest access
You'll have exclusive access to the entire townhouse—everything inside is 100% private and for your group only, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living space, and the oversized patio.

As our guest, you’ll also enjoy access to shared resort-style amenities within the Fire Mountain Lodge building:
- Indoor hot tub – perfect for après-ski or post-hike relaxation
- Fully equipped gym – stay on track with your fitness goals while traveling

Parking:
We have one designated parking stall for this unit. Additional vehicles have to purchase parking access, dependent on parking availability. If the lot is full, there’s ample free street parking available nearby.

IMPORTANT NOTES & POLICIES — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

- Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.

Pack & Play Policy
If you’re traveling with little ones, we’re happy to provide a Pack & Play at no extra cost—just let us know at least 24 hours before check-in so we can have it ready for you. We don’t keep them on-site, as each is taken off-site for deep cleaning between guests.

Requests made after check-in are subject to a $75 delivery fee.

Damage Protection
Every stay is protected through our partnership with Truví, which includes automated screening and damage coverage — no action needed on your part. We ask all guests to treat the space with care; any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged back through this program.

Rental agreement
A brief rental agreement confirms you've reviewed our house rules and terms, helping ensure all stays are safe, respectful, and covered. This must be completed before your check-in instructions and door code are released.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
· We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to our cleaning schedule, but may allow up to 2 hours of flexibility with at least 24 hours' notice. A small fee may apply and is subject to approval, as early arrivals or late departures aren't always possible. If the suite is ready sooner, we'll let you know!

LOST ITEMS
· We are not responsible for items left behind. If you think you've forgotten something, contact us right away and we'll do our best to help. A retrieval or shipping fee may apply.

MAIL & PACKAGES
· Please do not use the property address for mail or package deliveries. We are not responsible for any items received at the property during or after your stay.

MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS
· We do our best to ensure everything is in working order before your arrival. If something comes up during your stay, please let us know right away so we can address it promptly.

ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE
· There is a small nightly fee for each guest beyond 4. This helps cover extra supplies, cleaning, and general wear. If you're booking for more than 4 guests, this fee is already reflected in your nightly rate — no extra charges will be added after booking.
· All additional fees are subject to GST (5%) and Alberta Tourism Levy (6%) for a total of 11%.

CANCELLATIONS
‣ We follow our posted cancellation policy, please ensure that you read and understand this policy at the time of booking. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or travel disruptions.

GUEST SCREENING
· Profiles under 4 stars cannot use instant booking and may be cancelled if auto-approved. New profiles without reviews are manually reviewed and may require additional screening before confirmation.

EXTERIOR CAMERAS
· Please note there are exterior security cameras on both the front and back of the suite that record to the cloud 24/7 for the safety of our property and neighbourhood.

LIABILITY, VIOLATIONS & LEGAL NOTES
‣ Guests are responsible for their group. The property owner and/or management company is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage. Please report any damage promptly and return all provided items to avoid additional charges. Legal action may be taken for chargebacks or unpaid damages, including recovery of legal fees. Violations of house rules may result in immediate termination and removal without refund. Please remember you're staying in our home, not a hotel, treat it with care and respect.

This place was absolutely beautiful. I loved the decor, the view of the mountains was stunning, it was spacious, clean, and easy to find. I loved that a "house guide" was provided with everything we needed to know about check in, check out, where to take the garbage, and even food suggestions. Nice touch! Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Great property. Location was good and easy to get to. Close to downtown. Great mountain views from all rooms, clean, comfortable. Communication with property owners was prompt. Easy check in and out. Only downfall was covered parking which was not meant for full size vehicles so ended up occupying 2 spots in order to fit. Street parking was an option also but very limited. Overall, great bang for your buck! Would definitely stay again.

The unit was dirty all pictures extremely deceiving no where close to an executive accommodation. No hot tub as advertised in pictures. Unit was not supplied wouldn’t recommend this property to anybody. A pure cash grab overpriced and felt we where taken advantage of

Currently we are helping homeowners from across the country manage their investment properties / vacation rentals by welcoming guests into their homes through our property management business, Pique Properties. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and handle all the logistical work that goes into managing short term rentals. Our home comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 1 King size bed in the main bedroom, 1 Queen size bed in the second bedroom, and a full size double bunk bed with a single bed on the top bunk, and trundle roll our in the third bedroom which comfortable sleeps 4, and finally a pull out couch in the living room. All beds complete with fresh clean sheets changed after every single guest.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, spices, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, oven, and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
