We’re glad the property served as a useful home base for your group. We’re truly sorry that an unexpected utility issue significantly disrupted the remainder of your stay. Our team did coordinate maintenance visits and continued working with you as the situation developed, but we regret that the issue returned and that the timing of the follow-up affected your ability to enjoy the rest of your visit.
