Cozy place near the city, you’ll be staying in our basement. Features 2 bedrooms, a living area with a futon and love seat. A mini kitchen area with a fridge & coffee maker, microwave and dishes. Washer and dryer available in private laundry room. Private entrance to the property with much space to relax and unwind! In home Jacuzzi with handheld shower head. Partially fenced in backyard with a patio! 7 minutes to the airport or downtown!

Quick over night

Very convenient area, very clean, it as perfect for what we needed! The snacks and drinks are a nice touch. Would stay there again.

Cute and clean

We enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our family (mom, dad, 2 kids). It was clean and easy to access. We enjoyed the snacks and comfy beds. The shower was a little awkward but it was no big deal. Would stay here again.

Better in person

The photos don't do this location justice. It was very nice and clean. Lots of snacks and some drinks provided. Only issue we had was getting hot water in the tub. Had plenty of super hot water everywhere else but not the tub we didn't look into it much and didn't contact Jordan so our loss. Other than that fantastic stay. Close to everything and quiet neighborhood.

Shouldn’t be on VRBO

My friend stayed one night because he didn’t have anywhere else to go.Told me not to come and he left the next morning. The rat droppings, poor overall conditions, and noise from upstairs made it difficult to sleep comfortably. I have messaged the owner but got no response.

So you’re saying you didn’t even stay at my property? However your friend stayed the first night and you messaged me at 5 pm the following day over 24 hours into your stay. You threatened me with photos if I didn’t refund your money outside of our rental agreement. I’m guessing you don’t know what your false accusations can do to a small business. Rats? Shame on you. I have great reviews and my property is clean but I guess you wouldn’t know that because you never stayed here.

Caution 2nd hand smoke exposure

My daughter and i arrived after a long day of travel and within 15 minutes of arriving we booked a hotel as the place reeked like cigarette smoke. Very unhealthy situation we were put in and had to change our plans quickly.

I'm sorry to hear that, I wish I would have know and could have tried to the remedy the issue. This is a smokeless home and it was a quick turn around from the tenants that very same day. I didn't even know you checked in other than finding my entry door unlocked 2 days later. Communication and common courtesy are all I expect.

The basement was cold and damp and smelled musty. There was no sink in the kitchenette so we could not cook. The table had been changed so my husband couldn't work. The chairs didn't fit the table and there was no room for legs between the top of the chairs and the bottom of the tnable. The shower is a handheld. We explained that my husband couldn't set up his monitors , keyboard and laptop. No refund was given. We went somewhere else. We're out 700. We'll never use VRBO again!
