The house comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with four bedrooms and flexible sleeping options, a large sectional for gathering, and two full bathrooms. Enjoy time together indoors or step outside to relax on two decks, unwind in the private hot tub room, or gather around the fire pit under the stars.

With plenty of parking, a peaceful setting, and a location just 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, near Lookout Mountain and Chickamauga Battlefield, this home is perfect for families, groups, and longer stays looking for both convenience and quiet.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire house, including all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, two decks, the hot tub room, fire pit, and the fenced yard and surrounding outdoor areas during their stay. You’re welcome to enjoy the property as your own private retreat.

Please note that the camper on the property, garages, and chicken coop are not included in the rental and are not accessible to guests. These areas are clearly separate from guest spaces.

Everything else on the property is yours to enjoy—inside and out. If you have any questions about the space or what’s available during your stay, feel free to reach out anytime.

Other things to note
You may occasionally hear the historic Chattanooga Choo Choo pass nearby. Many guests enjoy the nostalgic charm.

The home is pet-friendly. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and ensuring gates remain closed.

The camper, garages, and chicken coop on the property are not accessible to guests.

The hot tub is available year-round. Please follow posted guidelines for safe use.

The property offers a peaceful, private setting, though there are neighboring homes nearby. One side of the driveway may be visible from surrounding properties, while the rest of the yard is naturally screened by trees.
