Thank you for your feedback, Becky. We’re glad the location and comfort of the apartment met your needs. We appreciate your comments about the stairs. We will do a better job explaining this to future guests. We understand the early construction noise was a bit of a disruption. We hope to host you again in the future.

Thank you for the detailed feedback and for staying with us. I’m glad the location, late check‑out, price, and our responsiveness worked for you. I’m very sorry about the missing cleaning supplies, the dirty floors and the piece of glass your infant found — that should never happen — and for any discomfort from the bed and couch or the light and noise. We immediately added a starter cleaning kit (broom, mop, dustpan, basic supplies), completed a deep clean and safety check to remove any debris, and had the floors professionally cleaned. We’re also inspecting the mattress and couch and will repair or replace them if needed. Blackout curtains were installed in the bedroom and we’re evaluating additional sound‑mitigation measures given the nearby bar and hospital. Thank you again for the constructive notes — they helped us make concrete improvements. We’d welcome you back for a shorter stay.

Anthony, thank you so much for the wonderful review! We love hearing that everything was just right for your stay. We’d be so happy to welcome you back anytime! - Paula, Heirloom Vacations
