This family-friendly four-bedroom, three and a half bathroom home in the luxurious Corolla community of Monteray Shores is just 1,069 yards from the beach! The whole family will be entertained with the private pool, hot tub, and games, as well as access to all the Monteray Shores amenities, including a recreation room, a pool, tennis, children's playground, boat launch and a lovely dock perfect for taking photos at sunset. The community sound access is perfect for windsurfers. No golf carts allowed. If you can’t travel with your equipment, don’t worry! The community of Monteray Shores rents windsurfing equipment.
Layout
Ground Level: Gated pool area, hammock swing hung under the car port next to pool area, charcoal grill, entrance to the lower level of the house into the laundry area, pyramid bunk/trundle bedroom with a shared Jack and Jill bath with a tub/shower, flat screen TV and queen bedroom with flat screen TV.
Top Level: Living area with flat screen TV, dining for 8 with an open kitchen area, half bath, and a sliding door to the deck. The two queen en suites with private baths are on this level which both have a flat screen TV.
