Thank you for your 4-Star review. We are glad you and your family had a great time and as you said this house is great for a large group. We are also happy we were able to get a maintenance tech out the same day you contacted us about the toilet issue. It has been resolved since your stay so future guests will not have this same issue.

Hunter, We regret you did not enjoy your stay at Southern Paws due to these issues. Thank you for indicating in your review how responsive we were to your concerns. We tried our best to make the stay what you had hoped and regret we did not meet your expectations.

Thomas, Thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback. Glad we were able to get there the same day you called about the issues above and got them solved. Some of the rollers on the slider were broken and had to be ordered btw so we got them fixed as soon as the parts came in. These are houses owned by folks just like you and the fact is things do happen that cannot be anticipated just as it does with your personal residence. The key is responding quickly and ensuring things are fixed properly.

We regret the experience you outlined here. We pride ourselves on our cleaning standards and we apologize again for you not being satisfied with your stay. Our goal is to always exceed our guests expectations and we obviously did not meet that standard. This was an unusual circumstance that we wanted to rectify for you in real time.

Katherine, Thanks for your feedback on your recent stay. We are glad you let us know about the cleaning discrepancies that you found. We apologize for that and are glad we got someone out there right away to make sure it was to our normal standards. Annette, Please be sure to let us know about things that are not just right on your next rental with us. We would have been happy to come back and address any cleaning issues, as well as any maintenance problems that arose during your stay. Glad you had a great stay.
