Escape to the Pinedale Cabin Getaway, a serene 3-bedroom, 3-bath retreat in Rapid City that comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Nestled in the heart of the Black Hills forest, this inviting home features a spacious wraparound porch — perfect for watching deer and turkeys wander by. Inside, enjoy two cozy living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and premium amenities designed for comfort and convenience. It’s the perfect blend of nature and modern comfort for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
The space
Enjoy the upper and lower-level decks, offering beautiful views of the Black Hills and the downtown city lights. Located in a very quiet, low-traffic neighborhood, the cabin still provides quick and easy access to downtown.
Sip your morning coffee on the expansive wraparound porch while watching deer and turkeys wander through the surrounding Black Hills forest. It’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and enjoy nature in comfort.
Accommodation:
- 3 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and ample space for up to 6 guests
- Bedrooms with 40` TVs for entertainment and privacy
- Pack ’n play available
- 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds for maximum comfort
- Cozy basement living room with a large 65` TV for movie nights and relaxation
Fully Equipped Kitchen: The spacious kitchen, with its stylish green cabinetry, is ready for your culinary adventures. It includes a stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and sets of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils.
Outdoor Oasis
- Patio area with comfortable outdoor furniture, a gas grill, and a table with seating
- Upper and lower deck spaces to enjoy the outdoors, complete with grill supplies like a veggie basket and grilling utensils

- Garage space to park your car with the push of a button
- Additional spacious parking for large vehicles like trucks, trailers, or equipment

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home. Additional spacious driveway parking suitable for larger vehicles, trucks, or trailers.

* The Primary renter is required to sign the Renter`s Agreement before checking in. This document comprehensively outlines the rules, policies, and terms governing your stay with us. By signing, you acknowledge and commit to adhering to these regulations throughout your tenure at our property.
* Reservations made by local residents require additional review and approval before confirmation.
Cancellation policy
- We offer free cancellation or a 100% refund of the amount payable if you cancel 30 days before the check-in date. If canceling, we will charge a processing fee (to cover credit card processing and administrative fees).
IMPORTANT NOTE: The primary renter is required to SIGN the Renter`s Agreement before checking in. This document comprehensively outlines the rules, policies, and terms governing your stay with us. By signing, you acknowledge and commit to adhering to these regulations throughout your stay at our property.
Other House Rules:
1. If any issues arise during your stay, it’s essential to communicate with us promptly. Good communication between the guest and host is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful stay. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we reach out to resolve an issue. In certain situations, we may need to send our case manager to review the situation in person to fully address any concerns.
Maintenance aside from emergencies will only be able to be tended to during business hours, 8am-5pm.
2. It is a `must` to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies.
3. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved
4. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the neighbors.
5. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200.
6. Follow state laws when using fire pit. Please make sure not to leave fires unattended.
7. For noise complaints:
7.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out.
7.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.
8. Please be mindful of neighboring personal property such as swing sets. Do not let children play on or use this without prior written permission.
10. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $250 for extra cleaning.
11. The Host is not responsible for items left behind. A $65 fee applies for return shipping and staff handling. Items not claimed within 14 days will be discarded.
Follow all check-out procedures:
1. Take out all trash
2. Wash dishes and please put them on drying rack before leaving.
Note:
* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the couches). All damages will also be charged to guest.
* Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out guest will be charged $100.
* Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check
out will be passed on to you.
* The Host is not responsible for items left behind. A $65 fee applies for return shipping and staff handling. Items not claimed within 14 days will be discarded.
* Please note that reservations made by local residents are subject to an additional review and approval process before final confirmation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
