The Villa is located in the best area of Encino on a residential street next to Grocery stores, numerous Shops, and Restaurants. Centrally located between minutes to Beverly Hills and Malibu.

Heated Pool: Please note that there is a fee of $300 for the first night and $150 for every additional night.
