Charming and spacious, clean house that was great for our large family gathering. Had everything we needed from well-equipped kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms, to enough space to all spend time together. Very family friendly, and host was fantastic with quick communication and all the necessary information.

Communication with our host was great. The house really worked for a get together with multiple families. It was a really cool house and neighborhood to stay in.

Outstanding experience! Clean, lots of room and perfect for my large group. Preston was easy to work with and I couldn’t recommend this house enough, it was great.

We had a group of 8 that stayed at this house. It worked out perfectly. We had more than enough room for everyone, and the kids got to ware themselves out on the stairs! We had all the amenities and things we needed in the kitchens. We all really enjoyed our stay, and the kids want to go back.

I stayed here with a large group and it was a pleasant experience. The units are all updated and it is a close drive to downtown. Preston was a great host and very accommodating.

Host was very helpful. The location was ideal. I had sixteen guest all that commented how great the house was for a large group. With three seperate apartments it gave everyone their own space. The middle unit served as the gathering area when we all wanted to be together. Three kitchens allowed those that wanted to cook to do their own thing. Plenty of bathrooms as well.I highly recommend this for your next large gathering!

Preston was a gracious host. He responded quickly. Furniture was sturdy and comfortable including the beds/mattresses. Home came fully stocked with quality cleaning products including a few kitchen pantry/cabinet staples. The home was perfect to house 4 generations of my family over the Christmas holiday.

Business Weekend Trip

This was is an annual trip we take with all of our employees and their families to show them our appreciate. I rented the whole house which was the perfect size for everyone to have their own space. I loved the versatility of the rooms, I could make living rooms a bedroom and shut doors for privacy. It was a great location for our activities. It was super nice!

Very nice home and good for multiple families. Everyone can have some space of their own along with areas the hang out. The only thing I'd caution people on is there are lots of steps to both get into the house and once inside. The more open portions are on the second and third levels if you have people that have issues with steps it does make it a little difficult.

Beautiful home.

There were 23 of us using all three units in the house. We used all of the beds and most of the available air mattresses, sofas, and futons. Lots of steps, but our senior ladies were able to manage them. Clean and well equipped. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. Street parking was doable.

This house was great for my group of students and chaperones on our Cincinnati exploration. Kitchens were functional and helpful for our group. The only negative was several bathrooms didn’t have hand soap in them.

We began hosting in Fall 2018 after realizing our unique 1895 Victorian house would be perfect for large groups coming to Cincinnati. Our short term rentals are a "family affair": my wife does the design, I have renovated each unit, and we commissioned my mom to do custom artwork for each space. I love meeting new people and giving them tips about how to enjoy our fantastic city.

We love the close proximity to all downtown has to offer: stadiums, the hospitals, and area attractions like the museums and Ark Encounter. East Walnut Hills has some of the most beautiful Victorian architecture in the city, and its own charming business districts filled with coffee shops and restaurants (walking distance to both East Walnut Hills, and up-and-coming Walnut Hills areas).
