Peace and quiet. This is the perfect place to recharge your batteries. If you want to be active then there is plenty to do but if you just want to soak in the sun and have your biggest worry being where to go for supper then this is the place for you. Amazing vacation location!!!

Our stay was incredible! The condo exceeded our expectations. This location is amazing, everything you could ever want and more. Larry went above and beyond to take care of us! If you are going to St. Kitts, look no further, this is the place you want to be. We would give 10 stars, thank you for everything, we had wonderful time at your home away from home.

My family had the greatest time staying at Larry home! It was packed with everything that we would need to make our self at home for the week!! Larry was absolutely amazing and always just a text message away to help with any questions we had.

Clean, relaxing stay

This is a clean and lovely condo. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is spacious, there are plenty of towels to sustain multiple beach trips and two decks for eating and relaxing on. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained and the shared areas, including the pool, a comfortable outdoor seating area, and lawn chairs perched around the gorgeous garden, were pleasant.

Great vacation rental!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great; just a very short distance from the Beach Frigate Bay and it’s many restaurants. Larry was very responsive, and we appreciated his help with some of the questions we had. The condo is very cute, we enjoyed using the pool, and appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. Be aware that the living spaces are accessed via a spiral staircase that runs up to the second and third floors. (The ground level is just an entryway.) We very much enjoyed our stay here, and would highly recommend it.

A second visit and it was even better!

We returned to sealofts for a second time last week and it was even better than we remembered. It is a cozy, bright and happy place to stay. The ocean breeze blows through the house and keeps everything cool and fresh. The beach was a little messy with seaweed from a recent storm but still beautiful to feel like we had it all to ourselves. If you are looking for a real vacation but have had enough of the all inclusive shuffle then this is the place to come! Absolute best bargain on the island!

SeaLofts #14 is #1!!

First, Larry and David are absolutely amazing! I hope to meet them in person someday! Let’s start with cleanliness…I’m a bit of a clean freak and I have to say this is quite literally the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Not that I looked on purpose, but I did drop an earring under the bed and there wasn’t even a speck of dust under there! Next, location location location! Frigate Bay is probably the best place to stay on St. Kitts and SeaLofts is centrally located to grocery stores, restaurants and both beaches. The amenities of a pool and AC throughout the home were fantastic. There are a lot of places on the island that only have AC in the bedrooms and having some breathing sensitivities reduced any concern that we might have any issues during our stay. Everything worked great in the home and was exactly as it looks in all of the photos so there were no surprises. I would say I recommend SeaLofts #14 but then I would be giving away my secret! Kidding aside, this is the place to stay if you are heading to the island!

Great experience, all the conveniences of home

One of the best properties we have stayed at. This place was very well equipped with everything needed to make it feel like home. Kitchen had everything needed, lots of books, CD's and DVD's. Great swimming pool, community, and location.

Unit 14--a quaint little beachside unit just away (far enough) from the bustle of Frigate Bay

The owners have maintained it well, even updated it in places, and have decorated the unit in welcome 'beachy" light style furniture and decor., which makes it appear quite welcoming. The unit is quite well stocked with towels, beach gear, spare reading material and kitchen supplies. The outdoor furniture on the lower deck is the nicest in the complex. Unit 14 overlooks the pool, and whereas it is a short walk ( 1 min) to the beach ,so you can't see the surf, but you can hear it from the deck of this unit. We liked how central the condo complex is to the "action" of Frigate Bay, yet quiet and peaceful. We recommend this unit to mobile ( because of the stairs) adults - 3 adults max, or 2 adults and 2 children. We stayed here with our adult daughter, and it worked out well. My thanks to the owners for their attentiveness and hospitality.

St Kitts Peace & Quiet at Sealofts

Looking for peace & quiet with access to nightlife in St Kitts then Sealofts is the place to stay. The grounds and the unit we stayed in were clean and well maintained. A short walk to the Marriot or to Timothy beach provided the nightlife and there are great restaurants in the area. The only drawbacks are the ceiling fans in the kitchen if you are over 6 foot tall and negotiationing the spiral staircases to the upper levels. We encountered a slight problem with the washing machine and the onsite maintenance was there to assist. This was a great value for the money spent.

Great Stay at Sealoft!

The taxi from the Airport know where Sealoft was and told us we were staying in a great location!! It was very true. We could have the quiet comfort of the condo and private pool for the complex or walk out the door and explore the strip. The condo was very clean, comfortable and well equipped, along with lots of information of activities to do while in St Kitts. The property manager on site was very helpful as well in navigating us with the surrounding area. It was very handy to have the taxi stand so close by if we wanted to venture farther on the island. While we were there we rented a scooter, which was a fantastic way to see the island and the less explored areas, we also took the scooter on the ferry to Nevis. There is also a great golf course across the road! The Sealofts is in a great location to access all that St Kitts have to offer and Larry made the whole experience enjoyable and seamless. Would stay at Sealofts again in heartbeat!!

We are professionals who live in Toronto, Canada. We discovered St. Kitts on a cruise and then answered a newspaper ad to try it out at Sealofts and never looked back. When the opportunity arose to buy, we jumped at the chance. This home away from home will eventually become our retirement destination.

We rented in Sealofts for 7 years, twice a year, before we bought. The people are friendly, the surroundings quiet and relaxing. It is a welcome departure from the busy, noisy all-inclusive destinations and cruises that we have tried.
