Great spot to stay for Rock 'n' Roll Marathon

We chose this apartment because it was walkable to both the start and finish lines of the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon. It was also fairly walkable to some good restaurants (though we Uber-ed a lot to save my boyfriend's legs!). The check-in process was easy and the location was very convenient. We'd certainly stay here again!

excellent location

Our stay was cut short due to some issues at home, but the property was as advertised. We were able to walk to little Italy. It was very clean and cozy. The shower had great pressure, and the bed was comfortable. Property management effectively communicated before the trip and upon arrival. We would book again.

Great location!

This apartment was in a walkable location to the waterfront and Little Italy. Neat as a pin. Thick, plush towels. Filtered water pitcher. We didn't use the kitchen, but it appears to be well-stocked. View was fantastic! The parking space was a big benefit. The only (minor) negative aspect for me was that I couldn't find an outlet in the bathroom to plug my hair dryer and straightener in. We would definitely recommend and choose to stay here again.

There are many positive qualities to be mentioned for this apartment. The place was spotless and recently renovated. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. I loved the sofas in the living room. The bedroom was well appointed and with a very comfortable bed and quality linens. All the amenities described were there,. the large window is a bonus. It is worth mentioning that, in addition to the noise from the airplane flying right over the building every 10 minutes or so, the balcony overlooks the pacific highway. while the window are well insulated , the noise of the traffic can still be heard inside, and it is really not possible to sit outside on the balcony. I need to commend Adam and his colleagues for being very helpful and responding immediately when there were questions. The bathroom does not have any electrical plugs but they provided an extension cord and additional mirror to use the hairdryer in the bedroom. the apartment is walking distance from Little Italy and the farmer market, through an highway pedestrian underpass (probably not to be done at night). The neighborhood is residential. Overall a positive experience.
