Our home is located in the Green, Plush area of Arrowhead Ranch within the city of Glendale. Located right off the Loop 101 and 75th Ave, it is the perfect location to getting around the city quickly. Its wonderful location is less than five minutes away from the Peoria Sports Complex (Training Center for Padres & Mariners) and Entertainment Row, which includes the Arrowhead mall, Spa's, Restaurants, and Movie Theatres! Just a short distance further is both the University of Phoenix Stadium (home to the Arizona Cardinals) and the Glendale Arena (home to the Phoenix Coyotes and Arizona Sting). Both are located at Westgate, which also houses much exciting nightlife. The beautiful Arrowhead Ranch Community offers mature colorful landscaping, lakes, golf views and parks. It's the perfect oasis and great for biking, walking, jogging, etc.

This beautifully decorated home has 1 master suite w/ seating area, 2 additional bedrooms each with a queen bed, and a den with a queen sleep sofa. The linens are of fine quality and the beds have quality comfortable mattresses. There is also a queen mattress set up that can be put in the family room for two additional people. This home is complete with one 50' HDTV flat panel television, one 46' HDTV flat panel television, one 42' HDTV flat panel television, and entertainment area with 3 in 1 Bumper Pool/Card Table. Each bedroom has it's own flat panel television. We have provided an office area and wireless high speed internet! The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the necessary appliances and dishware for complete meals. This home seats up to 12 for dining. There is a 2.5 car garage, laundry area, private courtyard with beautiful flowering plants and trees, covered patio, barbecue area, and custom dive pool with waterfall. No detail has gone overlooked in this charming ranch home, as we have made it an absolute priority to ensure that everything is provided so that you will feel comfortable in your home away from home!

Clean and comfortable home. It’s obvious the owner takes pride in the home and strives to maintain very high standards. However, this rental has far more rules and restrictions than any we have ever stayed in. It made the stay slightly less enjoyable than it might have been otherwise.

Home was very clean and convenient to whatever we needed. Plenty of space for everyone and the yard is beautiful. One small downside is that the shower doesn’t stay hot very long. Loved our stay.

Great location. Great home. Comfortable and nice. Missing a few things like shampoo and olive oil and a hair dryer that would have been nice.Getting into the home could have been more seamless as far as finding the code. It is on an email on a pdf.

Everything about Kim Fletcher’s homes are wonderful. We have rented her homes for many years and have never been disappointed. They are well appointed and very clean. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need. The refrigerator is spotless and all used condiments removed. (A big plus for us.) We’ll be back in one for Christmas and looking forward to our stay!

The home was beautiful and located in a great neighborhood, but the pool was freezing, and no one came to help us get it heated. The owner was available by phone with full instructions, but it wasn’t easy for me to figure out.By the time we finally figured out how to manage it ourselves, it was too late to enjoy the pool. There also weren’t any basic toiletries provided, like shampoo or conditioner, which are usually standard in a rental home.

Relaxing getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The instructions for the property were clear and check in was super easy. The pool was very nice and we had a very fun weekend. We hope to go back again.

This property is lovely and totally clean. The neighborhood is great and the location very handy. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. One heads up, they don't provide bath soap or kleenexes, but do provide hand soap. No big deal but I've never ran into that before.

Nice Glendale home

Enjoyed our stay very much. Convenient to lots of restaurants etc and the 101. Home is nice and very functional. Might suggest updates to master bathroom and addition of ceiling fan on the back porch. Property manager was extremely prompt to assist with a problem with garage door. I recommend this home.

Quiet

Neighborhood is quiet, nice pool. Owner addressed problems on timely basis. Close to hiking and golfing. However, we were appalled with the amount of dirt and dog hair in the bedroom carpets. Luckily there was a vacuum cleaner available. Also had to wash the coverlets on the beds because of dog hair. Would not recommend this home for long term rental ( we rented 49 nights) . Basic necessities detergent, shampoo, toilet paper, etc provided would suffice for short term renters or not provided at all. This has not been our experience with prior long term VRBO rentals.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood

The house was true to the listing, and was very comfortable. Kim was very responsive when we had a question. The yard was great for our dogs, and the outdoor space was nice and relaxing. The neighborhood is great with green spaces and a park within walking distance. It's a quick drive to many restaurants, the mall, and all amenities.

Great stay and Great management

Owner of this home is very friendly and prompt in responding to any messages or concerns about the home. Myself, 6 adults, 3 toddlers, and 2 dogs had a great time and plenty of space to spread out. We recommend this stay to anyone and have been very pleased!

Great family getaway home

My family came to stay for Christmas while visiting my daughter who lives in Arizona. The home is roomy and had plenty of space for us all. The owner was available very quickly and resolved any issues we had. We will definitely stay again!
