Sea Luxury Villa in Santorini ,was constructed in 2016 with the principal objective to offer visitors the quality time they deserve for perfect holidays.It is located in the quiet area of Exo Gialos, Karterados, near the organized beach of Monolithos, on the eastern side of the island with panoramic sea view and a large outdoor space. It mixes modern and traditional elements, respecting at the same time local architecture.
The newly built villa is beautifully and fully furnished interiorly and exteriorly, exceptionally decorated, with particular style, featuring vaulted ceilings, large verandas, unlimited sea view and many amenities. The large private pool located in the exterior area freely offers guests absolute relaxation under the sun, while it is surrounded by a veranda for sunbathing with modern deck chairs, tables and outdoor shower.
Free Wi-Fi is offered in all areas.
Sea Luxury Villa is 9,5 Km from the port of Athinio and 4 Km from the airport of Santorini. The organized beach of Monolithos is just 500 meters away. The most famous seafood restaurants of the island are located 200 meters away, near the quite beach of Exo Gialos. The crowded town of Fira is 4 Km away, while the romantic Oia is 15 km away. The Villa offers free private parking spaces.

This was an amazing property. Glad we had a rental car to get around but would not advise during peak season

Nice Villa, but very remote

We were picked up at the airport by a car which was nice, but I was surprised by location of the Villa, very close to the airport and on a dirt road and driveway! The Villa had three nice bedrooms with very comfortable beds, but the plane fly over at various times of the day and they are very low and loud, so low that you can read the numbers on the planes!, Also a bit disappointed as we had hoped to use the pool and were never told that it was not heated, very cold, so we were unable to use it as planned. The housekeepers Vera and Cristo were very helpful and accommodating however we had to provide our own coffee and tea after the first day. Also, only provided with laundry soap and dishwasher soap if you left the contains out to show they were empty. Not close to any stores or restaurants so a car is a MUST! Over all a nice place but a bit expensive for its locations and the noise factor!!!!

very comfortable

The house is very nice, very clean and very comfortable but quite expensive. We had chosen this solution to be near the sea and ba able to swim everyday. But the water (in July) was only 20 degrees ! So we couldn't swim. Therefore I believe it is too expensive because the house is very far from everywhere and for the same price we could have a nice hotel in Oia. The restaurant Karafa (300 m) is very nice and friendly, I recommend.

Perfect!!!

My family of 6 and I stayed in this modern and spacious villa for 4 nights and had a wonderful time! We were provided with two rental cars and a cleaning service came to the villa every day. I highly recommend this villa for any family who is visiting Santorini.

My stay in paradise!

Myself and my family recently visited the island of Santorini where we rented a villa at Monolithos beach and it was fabulous!! As this being my first time renting on the home away site, admittedly I was a bit hesitant, however it couldn't have been a better experience! The villa was absolutely beautiful, modern, immaculate and was located literally down the street from the beach, so it was extremely convenient to get to. Also, the location of the villa provided a wonderful view of the ocean from our outside patio area, which also overlooked a wonderful pool that my family really enjoyed. Most of all I want to thank my wonderful and gracious hosts Yiannis and Maria Papadimitraki! They were absolutely wonderful. So accommodating. Yiannis met us when we arrived at the villa along with Mrs Vera, the caretaker. They showed us around, made sure we were all set and couldn't have been more helpful. Yiannis even arranged for a rental car, which was perfect to tour around the island. He even went so far as to arrange for us to drop off the rental later in the day as we had a later flight, which meant we could really enjoy our last day there. We were never rushed to have to leave the villa, which meant a lot to us, so that we could have a wonderful leisurely day to enjoy our wonderful surroundings as well as villa amenities. I highly recommend this villa, not only from a property standpoint, but more importantly because of the people who own and care for it. Thank you again, Yiannis, Maria and Mrs Vera for making our trip, one we will always remember!! Evharisto!! Donna S.
