Experience Marco Island like a local in this beautiful Single Family 3 Bedroom 2 Bath home at the end of a very quiet street(tip lot). Huge lot with a very large and wide canal view. Watch the sunset directly from the pool, jacuzzi, or the dock. in this charming house. Each bedroom features a new comfortable queen bed, providing a perfect retreat for guests. The house includes two bathrooms, both equipped with showers and hair dryers for convenience. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this superb house offers a welcoming space to unwind. Enjoy all that Marco Island has to offer when you stay at our place. Brand new HE washer and dryer. We have two Townie 3-speed Beach Cruiser Bicycles, 2-person Ocean Kayak as well as personal flotation devices, boogie boards, beach wagon and chairs, various sporting equipment and balls and some beach toys. Fully stocked kitchen as well as all the linens and towels you will need. Every room has been newly remodeled. From brand new kitchen and appliances to both bathrooms, bedrooms and polished terrazzo floors throughout.

Great Stay!

This house was exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful stay and especially enjoyed the huge lanai. So much room for our family to hang out and enjoy the pool and hot tub!

Beautiful house and position

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was equally as lovely. Owners are fabulous to deal with and the location is great for watersports and the beach. Lots of games for kids and everything you could need in any family home.

Great location - home from home.

The property is in excellent condition and well maintained, with everything you need and more. This is the place to be for peace and quiet but with in easy access of shops, beaches and places to eat, with the option of making use of the BBQ while watching the sun set. We had the most amazing time and would definitely recommend this property.

Very comfortable, well decorated and equipped vacation home

We spend nine days during Thanksgiving week at this lovely property. Great location with the advantage of being situated on a canal corner lot with nice perspectives from the house on the water. The pool is great and the equipment throughout the house perfect for a family on vacation. Highly recommended for vacationers seeking a peaceful and yet close to everything environment.

Amazing view with all the amenities!

Our family totally enjoyed our time in Marco Island. We loved biking in the morning, kayaking in the evening, and eating dinner outside by the pool. We even got to see dolphins several times in the canal. I would highly recommend this super clean house with all the amenities.

Getaway in Marco 2020

Home was very clean and nicely decorated with all brand new kitchen appliances and best kitchen amenities (pots, pans, dishes, grills, spices) we have ever had in a VRBO rental. All amenities (bikes, kayaks, pool, hot tub) listed were there and all in great shape. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to all families.

Tracy and Susan have the property fully loaded with kayaks, beach items, fishing equipment and more. The location is great and the property is very clean. Plan on coming back.

Perfect Mini Vacation

The house and the view was gorgeous. Kitchen was fully equipped with all kinds of appliances. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Great communication with the owner and the caretaker (Allen) came by to make sure we were all comfortable which was nice. The family enjoyed the kayaks and bicycles. They all claimed this as their favorite vacation home so we will definitely be back.

Summer Fun

Our family had a wonderful stay at Marco Island Oasis. Everything was as described and better. We had rain the first two days but that didn't stop the kids from spending endless time in the pool and fishing. We rode bikes, did some kayaking and in general, enjoyed the house all week long. I wish I was there now!

Best Vacation Ever

We just came back home from staying in this wonderful place and can't stop talking about how awesome it was. Location of the property is perfect and with the large pool and canal in the back yard my kids were over the moon. House is very spacious, super clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Everything from booking to leaving and everything in between was made very easy. We are gonna be back. Great Location on the waterway.

This was a nice location with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico. Pool was really nice and the layout of the house was great for the family. The kayaks were really fun for everyone. Wish there was some type of ladder on the dock to get down to the floating section. Few minor issues which were quickly addressed by the owners. All in all, great stay at a great rate and we will definitely visit again.

Family Vacation

The pictures are great, but rental is better in-person! Direct prompt/communication to owner was great too. We had a few minor suggestions to the owner, for future renters....but extremely low priority items. You won't go wrong with this selection/great location and canal access.

Beautiful Oasis Property

Beautiful property! Very impressed with how stocked the house was. Kayaks, bikes, full kitchen, linens, towels, you name it! Everything was labeled in the house which was very helpful. Very well maintained property. The sunsets are phenomenal from the deck. Quick turnaround on responses to questions about the house from the owners. Would definitely recommend this property.

Marco Island Retreat

Due to Covid we wanted our own private space where our multigenerational family could stay-cation. This beautifully decorated, spacious and clean house had so many amenities we were never bored. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities and more. There was lots of space to hang out inside and out. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, the dock, the bikes and kayaks. Everything was well labeled with instructions. Would definitely book again.

Perfect house for our family of 6

We came in January and had a great trip. The first few days were colder than normal, and the owner proactively reached out because he didn’t think the pool was staying warm enough. Our kids didn’t care about the cold temp, but I really appreciated that he reached out. Great kitchen, great outdoor area, and the location is close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Wonderful Stay!

Thank you for the great stay at your home this week. We truly had a great time. The home was wonderful and exactly what you advertised! We truly loved sitting out each evening enjoying the outside seating area. The view was beautiful. This is the first time we have visited the Island and I can say we fell in love with both your home and the Island. You were great to respond to all of my questions. Another wonderful stay..

This was not our 1st time staying at this house. We love the area and this home. The bikes and kayaks are a wonderful perk that we used alot. The pool and fishing poles are a bonus. When you fly, you are limited on what you can bring but this house has it all. Tracy answered all emails within minutes before we arrived. No issues when we got to the home. We will definitely stay again, hopefully, soon. Thanks again Tracy.

Perfect!

The Juels' home was absolutely perfect for our stay. The house is well maintained, clean and beautifully decorated. It offered lots of different areas to spend time (pool, kitchen, living room, dinning areas, dock). The family particularly enjoyed all that was available to do right in and around the house. The pool was a huge hit, of course, but so were the bikes and sea kayaks. We had a wonderful experience kayaking with the dolphins in Factory Bay one morning. If we return to Marco Island, we know where we are going to stay. Stacy Juels is also great with communicating along the way. Thanks for everything!
