▪️ Spacious dining table seats 8 comfortably on the upper level with an additional outdoor dining set up on the upper deck overlooking the Columbia River and Mt. Hood

🅿️ PARKING

▪️ Our driveway is roped off due to the degradation of the gravel. Please do not tamper with the chain link and park there.

▪️ Park your cars at the shed/carport area past the home (up to 5 cars if parked facing the stones). Be careful not to drive or park on the paved area at the end of the driveway near the shed/carport, as it belongs to our neighbor and is off-limits. Violators will be towed at their own expense.



👞 SHOES

▪️ Please take off your shoes before entering the home.



🪑 FURNITURE

▪️ Please do not take indoor furniture outside.



🍖 GRILL

▪️ We have replaced the smoker shown in our listing photos with a propane BBQ grill instead



🌱 YARD WORK

▪️ Please be mindful that our landscapers do not have a set schedule. They may service the property while you're there. All yard work will be on the exterior of the home only.



🔥 INDOOR FIREPLACE

▪️ Please note that the indoor fireplace is temporarily unavailable while we await replacement parts for the necessary repairs. We have removed this amenity from our listing to reflect its current status. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.



💡 SMALL EVENTS & VISITORS

▪️ Due to the terms of our short-term rental license, gatherings and events are not permitted at the property, regardless of size. Unfortunately, we’re also unable to accommodate any outside visitors who are not included on the reservation, even if they do not plan to stay overnight.
