What a perfect home for us to stay in with our family. The house was perfect. The hot tub was a great way to unwind our first evening in town. The house was very spacious and very clean. Hosts were great to work with. We will definitely book again when we come to visit.

Perfect place

Took my group for an annual golf trip and stayed here. Great house, very nice. The pool and hot tub were a great plus as well. Would definitely stay here again!!

They sent a lengthy to do list for us to complete during stay (items not to use, etc) and for checkout, but we received the checkout list hours after check out time. We stay in a few rentals per year and have never had a lengthy to do list before. Expected us to start laundry, gather all trash, put all all items (45 decorative pillows and blankets back where they were when we got there), etc. Listing had Xbox and PlayStation listed and we're not included in the home. We were expecting to use with the rain, when we were unable to use pool at that time.So many light switches and even more remotes with no instructions on how to use. No bedroom table lights in any of the rooms. No details on how to locate pool towels. One of the fire pit chair legs were broken and my husband almost fell out and we moved away from area as soon as we arrived to ensure no one would fall.Clean place, but obviously a personal home they make for a rental. They kept all decorative items out (pillows, blankets, etc) and you were not able to use. Had to locate other blankets in a closet. We had to move everything to sit down or lay down. It did not give us a refreshing and relaxing feeling especially for our weekend away when our rates were high enough to pay their mortgage.

Regarding the checkout instructions, we provide these before each stay so guests know exactly what to expect in advance. While the list may seem lengthy, most of the requests are simple housekeeping tasks that help us prepare the home efficiently for the next guests while keeping cleaning fees as reasonable as possible. As for the PlayStation/Xbox, we apologize for any disappointment. Unfortunately, it was not functioning properly and had been removed from the home to avoid guests encountering equipment that didn’t work. We understand this may have been an amenity you were looking forward to, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience. We also appreciate your comments about the décor. Our goal is to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels comfortable and inviting rather than like a vacant property. We understand that decorating styles are subjective, and while many guests enjoy the cozy feel, we recognize it may not suit everyone’s personal taste. We value your feedback and will continue looking for ways to improve the experience for all of our guests. Thank you again for staying with us, and we wish you all the best.

Great house!

This house was amazing! It was the most well stocked vacation home we have ever stayed in. The hot tub and back yard area was amazing. It was decorated so nicely and really made you feel at home.

Purdue Football Weekend

Location was perfect for us, close to shopping/ groceries if needed in a pinch. Plenty of room for 10pp and just a wonderful atmosphere all around. Would love to come back again.

Quick stay - wedding weekend

Josh was an excellent host. Replied to emails in a timely manner and was willing to help us in a pinch. Clean, fun house. Hot tub was very nice. Wish we had more time to enjoy the fire pit.

Great property! Amazing backyard. Spacious and comfortable, good location. Loved the hot tub. Bedrooms listed 2 queens, 2 full, and a bedroom with 2 twins, but the 2 twins were 1 twin. That was only negative. Well-stocked house. We prefer not having so many scented devices in rooms, but just unplugged them all. Thanks for a great stay!

Very Nice.

Nice place for a family stay. Backyard area is really nice. Easy check in process. Very well thought out. Nice neighborhood. I definitely recommend this property.

Lots of bedrooms

We had a celebration of life get together with family on this trip. The house easily accommodated us 7 adults. The 5 bedrooms made it easy for us to have privacy. One of the family members slept on the sofa downstairs. We were able to stand around the kitchen island, gather around the large tv to play Mario Cart & have the dining room for family dinners. There were a few things overlooked by the cleaning crew that I let Josh know about & he seemed very appreciative that I pointed them out so he can make sure they are doing their job thoroughly. The bathrooms were very clean & spacious. The outdoor area was very nice. The hot tub was a bit off color so we were not eager to try it out, but the swimming pool was delightful! Huge outdoor table for us to sit around. Nice sized grill which we used for a cookout one night. We did not use the fire pit as it was 90 degrees during our stay. Speaking of which, we were not (to my knowledge) able to move the thermostat but it was comfortable the entire time. Josh was very prompt to return any questions I had during our stay. So I know if we were uncomfortable temperature wise, he would have fixed it. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay. Thank you Josh. Best of luck in your future rental of this property & others.
