This stunning log home is custom-built with three levels of living space that include a walk-out basement with a stone patio and hot tub. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with sleeping for up to 13 people, all nestled on a private 1.2-acre wooded lot. There are beautiful hardwood floors and a two-sided wood fireplace between the great room and kitchen.

What a view when you step out onto one of the three decks or wrap-around porches! With views of Lake Huron, Espanore, and Bootjack Islands, you can watch the wildlife that is attracted to the preserved wetlands surrounding the property. Enjoy the shallow, sandy waters of Bootjack's 300 ft of Lake Huron bayshore - perfect for wading, building sand castles, and kayaking.

The lower level can serve as its own self-contained suite, complete with a sofa, entertainment unit with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo with iPod hookup, and kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, and microwave. There is also a full bath with a stand-up shower and two bedrooms.

Enjoy the dartboard, games, and books, or the ping pong table and hot tub that is located on the stone patio.

Above the stone patio are three levels of decks with wrought iron furniture and beach chairs for enjoying the beautiful sand beach.

Geothermal heat and air conditioning, phone, and wireless internet are included.

This home rents by the week only during the months of July and August, from Sunday-Sunday.

Jeeps, Side by Sides and ATVs are welcome, however you must trailer SxSs and ATVs to the trailheads since they are not permitted on M134/Channel Road.
