The "House of the Sun ' ,apartment,with beautiful private pool, swimming pool for private use exclusive for the apartment, is on the outskirts of the village of Catignano (only 1400 inhabitants) between the mountains of the Apennines and the Adriatic coast in the unspoilt Italian region of Abruzzo . On the This charming area,not yet discovered by mass tourism region in central Italy ,is rich with rolling hills, vineyards and olive trees. Our region has no problems with the virus
being a 70% nature area, 5 natural parks, sea, mountains a lot of open area . On the holiday - with wonderful private swimming pool - you feel like on top of the world. It lies on a ridge, a beautiful location with a breathtaking panorama, including overlooking a Mediterranean olive grove. The apartment is located in a romantic country house and has WiFi. The view, also from the private pool is spectacular: the blue sky to the high mountains. The comfortable apartment has room for six people . For our guest house we offers 120 sqm with large living room with fireplace ,tv ,dvd, 3 special bedrooms , comfortable kitchen(30sqm) and bathroom , a large sun terrace with a special panoramic view where you can take a breakfast on the morning.In the 3 bedroom with spacious wardrobe, special emphasis on good mattresses and beautiful bed linen was laid you can find all comfort . Dining area provides an opportunity to relax or for a romantic dinner.The apartment has a unique, elegant and modern and fresh design and has its own creativity. There are high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The windows have shutters and mosquito nets.The house has a private entrance which is accessed via an external staircase and terrace. Gas,light and water -payable on consumer. Situated on a corner of the pool area, which thanks to a tall, green hedge has great privacy. From the bath or lounging on one of the sun beds enjoying the stunning panoramic views. If it gets too hot in the sun, no problem, there is also an olive tree that provides plenty of shade .The region is famous for arrosticini (grilled pieces of lamb or pork on a stick), olive oil of high quality and the true Montepulciano d'Abruzzo wine which you can buy directly from the manufacturer. Restaurants offer also other Abruzzese specialties such as fresh fish, porchetta and the famous' Maccheroni alla ghitarra (pasta).

The Catignano town is 365 meters high and is small but friendly. You'll find a baker, butcher, bank, two grocery shops, a cafe and bar-cafes. Within a few kilometers you'll find plenty of local restaurants. You can make beautiful walks in the area. Most artists would love to travel and work here. Probably no other place in the world can inspire the senses, awaken one's creativity and deeply gratify the search for beauty like this corner of the world. Our home are surrounded by a 3 National Parks with a few lake , wide spaces and olive groves where you can walk, horse riding , mountain biking to explore our surroundings. We will suggest special tours and indicate the most charming places to visit. We will give you maps and road- information.

Wine & Olive Oil Tasting
You can taste the wines produced directly by farmer's association and it is possible to visit the farm and its wine cellar. Here is possible to make the olive oil tasting that will be accompanied by rich snacks of "bruschetta" toasted bread. Themed Dinners - our guests can taste typical Abruzzo food and local seasonal products. . It is an entire week of Art events, music and food tasting.Why not experience classic or modern music classes or test yourself in cooking or learning italian ?
