Luxury Poolside Condo Elegantly Furnished a Home away from home

Anasazi Village Condos, located adjacent to Paradise Valley (one of Arizona's most prestigious communities) is just 20 to 25 minutes away from downtown Phoenix and historic old Scottsdale. Luxury condominiums in this gated complex offer vistas of the 18-hole Stone Creek championship golf course with a backdrop of rugged mountains beyond. There are five pools with spas and waterfalls located in the professionally landscaped 22 acres amidst lush lawns, meandering walkways and cactus gardens.

This newly remodeled 2-BR/2 Bathroom unit is located on the ground floor right across from the Club House with access to main Pool & Spa from living room, Kitchen and both bedrooms. Remodeled features include brand new state of the art fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. New carpet, newly painted with accent wall, 2 big walk-in closets and separate laundry room with new washer & dryer. Master bathroom has walk in shower and second bathroom has tub/shower. Ceiling fans throughout. Gas BBQ right outside the front door.

The location of this unit in Building 11 makes all the difference when staying at Anasazi as it is one of the most quiet buildings in the complex, which can definitely affect the quality of your stay. All utilities are included--electricity, cable TV, high-speed wireless Internet access from a desktop computer & Printer. Nicely appointed with elegant touches. Your home entertainment system includes flat screen TV's in the bedroom and living room, DVD players, and a surround sound home theater system. There are also two very nice bicycles available with this condo on which you can literally go for miles in all directions on paved pathways, starting right outside the back gate.

Walk to nearby shops and restaurants surrounding the adjacent Paradise Valley Mall, including Target, Dillards, JC Penneys, Sears, Macy's and many more. In-N-Out Burger is just down the street, along with Red Lobster, IHOP, and others. There is also a Costco right across the street.

There are five pools to enjoy in the complex (three are heated including the one closest to our unit). The clubhouse offers a big screen TV, pool tables, and fully-equipped workout room right across from the condo (1 minute to walk).

Many available activities and day trips will keep you busy...or not at all! If you tire of spending your days relaxing in the pools or hot tubs, teeing off on the golf course, or shopping at the mall, take your pick of many more options. Experience the fun and excitement of downtown Phoenix, Mill Avenue in Tempe, or Old Town Scottsdale. Visit the Phoenix Zoo or Desert Botanical Garden, float above the desert in a hot air balloon, take a scenic Jeep ride, or experience the 'Fun West' of Rawhide Western Town. If you desire to see more, there's always an easy day trip to famous Arizona destinations like Sedona, Tucson, Flagstaff, Bisbee, the Grand Canyon, Wickenburg, Prescott, and Jerome.

We went with this property because of the great location and incredible reviews. We weren't disappointed! We've never stayed in a condo with this much to offer. Spotlessly clean and well supplied with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The grounds were well maintained and the pools were great,our favorite overlooked the golf course with a view of the mountains. Sigrid and Manfred went out of their way to make us feel welcome. What a wonderful couple. It was our pleasure to meet them! Hope we can return some day!

Beautiful Getaway

Beautiful gardens, pools, and clubhouse. The condo is incredible. It is very comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The owner is fantastic, communicative and very accomodating. We truely enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to the next time.

Great Stay

My mom needed a fully furnished, centrally located condo for a two month stay. This place was perfect! It was fully stocked with all the comforts and conveniences of home. Sigrid was so thoughtful and easy to communicate with. She made my mom feel welcome, even stocking the kitchen with teas and snacks for her arrival. We were very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend this place.

One word Fabulous

We stayed at VRBO properties over the years and this one takes the cake! Talk about feeling like being at home anything and everything that one family would want while staying at this property is available. The unit itself is the best well-stocked unit we have ever been in. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I novice or a chef would need in order to make all the meals. The two patios provided lots of outdoor space for having coffee in the morning or drinks at happy hour. The dish satellite network TV gave us all the channels we needed to when we found ourselves in front of it. The five pools at the property provided us with ample space and ample places to mingle get sun and visit. The neighbourhood itself is full of very friendly people. Now to the hosts Sigrid and Manfred were the best, they made sure we had all we needed when we first got to the property even a little welcome basket of goodies was provided to get us on our way. And communication was top notch they communicated with us about anything that the property might be experiencing and that was a little next to nothing. We will definitely be back

Wonderful stay.

I absolutely agree with everything Sharon S. (June 19, 2019) stated in her review of this property. Two years later every statement remains true.. The owners, Sigrid and Manfred, were there to welcome us to their condo and were available throughout the month for any needs. Everything you can think you might need and more is available in the kitchen. The bathrooms had a variety of supplies for our needs. In the “office” is a computer and printer available for the renter’s use. Large TV in living area and bedroom with Dish TV “200” package providing a variety of choices to view. I sat on the patio (outside of the living room) enjoying the cool Arizona morning surrounded by flowers and trees inside and around the patio. The second patio (access from the kitchen area) provided a view of the large clubhouse pool with many rock features, pond and waterfalls. It is evident the hosts maintain the property as if they were living there themselves. Although it was our first stay at this property, we definitely will return.

Beautiful; well appointed vacation home

This condo unit is truly a wonderful home away from home. The ground floor location is excellent with two of the five pools within view of the patios and is very quiet and convenient. Covered parking is located close to the property. Furnishings are modern, comfortable and recently remodeled with beautiful touches. Very nice amenities including computer, printer, coffee makers, every appliance you could ever need and even a daily newspaper. The outdoor grill is steps away from the front door. Stonecreek golf course is beautiful, budget friendly and located a short walk away. But, the best part of our stay was meeting the owners, Sigrid and Manfred. They are not only wonderful hosts, but they made our stay one we will never forget. Their personal touch with every aspect of our stay was demonstrated over and over again. They’ve thought of everything you could possibly need on your stay and provided it. We hope to return of this incredible condo for years to come..

A wonderful condo in a lovely, convenient location.

We have stayed at this condo severaltimes. There is not much more we can say about it that we haven`t already said. We love it here. The condo is clean, modern and close to everything. The owners are much more than one would expect and we have become good friends with them. You cannot find a better deal at this price in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

Great vacation rental, has everything you want and more!

The condo is very well appointed. The kitchen has everything one would have at home to dine in if so desired. The indoor living room has large comfortable couch and a huge screen TV for viewing. The bedroom and bathrooms are spacious. The two sitting areas outside are very pleasant with nice patio furniture, and we spent many an afternoon enjoying them. The location of the condo is excellent being on the main floor, as we were just steps away from 3 different pools and an excellent walking/cycling path along the Stonecreek Golf course which is adjacent to the complex. The condo complex is located conveniently, with a variety of shopping and restaurants that are within walking distance. Perhaps the best part of our month experience was getting a chance to meet the owners Sigrid and Manfred in person. They are wonderful hosts and very personable. We hope that we will be able to rent from them in the future and would highly recommend it. Diane and Barry, from Calgary, Alberta

The Best Vacation Condo....

This condo was just perfect in every way. The perfect space, location, quality of interiors and super clean. This home is fully furnished and equipped not missing anything. The community is perfectly located within minutes of all the metro cities. Minutes within all the dining, shopping and attractions that Paradise Valley and Scottsdale have to offer. We loved this home and we will return again. Hands down the best vacation home I have ever rented. We enjoyed the owners just as much, wonderful hospitality & wonderful folks!

Just returned from a month at this wonderful condo at Anasazi Village! This is our second stay at the condo and we will return again! The location is excellent, in walking distance of shopping, restaurants, golf and two minutes from the bike path! But what really makes this condo our number one choice is the wonderful way we were treated by Sigrid and Manfred, the owners! SUPERB!

After spending the month of October in Sigrid and Manfred's condo we have been spoiled for ever more. In our many years of using vrbo this accommodation tops everything. It wa decorated beautifully, spotlessly clean, and most importantly was furnished with EVERYTHING one could possibly need or want. The kitchen was well supplied including food, condiments and treats. Sigrid and Manfred were gracious and generous in every way. We cannot recommend their condo too highly, and look forward to our next visit.

AWESOME home away from home!

I stayed in Sigi and Manfred’s condo for a month this summer while considering a permanent move to AZ. Immediately upon our arrival we were made to feel right at home. The condo was meticulously maintained and designed. We did not want for anything from the well stocked fridge to the full pantry and drink cabinet. Even toiletries and towels were overstocked. They thought of everything we could possibly need including noodles for the pool. Nice touch! The patio off the living area was our private oasis. The waterfalls from the main pool could be heard from the patio off the kitchen area. Both calls for minor issues made were responded to immediately. The location of the condo could not have been any better. Close to all major highways we could also walk to nice restaurants, Paradise Valley Mall, smaller stores and one of our favorites, REI. All are right across the street. The grounds and pools were exceptionally maintained. The neighbors we met while walking the grounds and in the pools were very friendly. And I have never seen so many hummingbirds…Anasazi Village must be on a stopover before their migration further south for the winter months. I was able to stay there again the following month while I closed on my house in Mesa. Sigi and Manfred were so personable and we quickly became friends. They had such good ideas and tips for my new house and I can’t wait to visit them when I make my next trip there. I am so glad I got to share the joy of buying my next house with them.

One of a Kind - Phoenix's Finest!

Absolutely the BEST VRBO experience we have enjoyed! The condo was spotless, well maintained, and full of amenities most owners don't even consider. The kitchen was like a Chef's dreamland - every imaginable tool, dish, and spice. The thoughtfulness that has gone into the unit from the little touches in the bathrooms, to the beautiful furniture on the patios, to the comfortable cozy living room, to the well stocked pantry and fridge - create a remarkable rental experience. It's a perfect central Phx location and a nice, quiet complex with great pools, BBQ grills, well kept grounds, and quiet neighbors. After traveling for the last 18 months in many VRBO's this one is off the charts with charm, details, and hospitality. We truly felt like we were at home! Sigi and Manfred are the most incredible hosts! WOW! Their flexility and genuine hospitality make staying here so special. They are truly ambassadors of hospitality. Their kind thoughtful detail which is reflected in every way - soap, towels, linens, stocked fridge and pantry, wine - I have to say we have never found such pleasant and thoughtful hosts. Beds are clean and comfortable, couch was fresh and cozy, BIG tv in the living room was amazing (with surround sound), kitchen appliances were chef quality, pots, pans, knives, glasses, kitchen tools - it was all like stepping into a "dream VRBO". The mark of a great vacation rental unit is the ability to feel "at home". Sigi and Manfred have provided a perfect place to live, play, and enjoy life, while on the road. It's a powerful expression of hospitality that allows you to feel welcome, even when your hosts are absent - that' exactly what Sigi and Manfred have done! If it sounds like I'm gushing - I AM! This is truly the most amazing spot in the Valley. You won't find another like it with the combination of amenities, location, and incredible hosts. Thanks for a truly special time in Phoenix!

A perfect home away from home!

This is our 3rd year staying at this condo and we absolutely love it. We have gotten to know Phoenix quite well now and we couldn't ask for a better location across the street from paradise village mall, restaurants, gas station and very close to Costco, grocery stores and movie theatres. The condo itself is very comfortable, clean and stocked with all the amenities of home. The home owners are so nice and very accommodating. We plan to stay here again on our next visit. If available we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thank you M & S!

Perfect, well stocked, condo

We have rented many homes/condos on VRBO and this by far was the best. Location excellent for freeway and getting around. Excellent for walking to restaurants and shops. The condo is very well described in the ad, and is in excellent condition and beautifully maintained. The building has 4 levels I believe but we never, ever heard the people above us. There are five pools and we used about 3 of them. The big one is not heated in the winter months, but the others are, and there are hot tubs too. Sigrid provided toweling robes for us to walk to the pool, which was a total treat. Sigrid had a computer and printer which we did use and it was most useful. The kitchen is very well stocked. Fridge full of new bottle of mayonnaise, ketchup and other supplies. Even wonderful chocolates on the table, flowers, wine and bowl of fruit. Plus food in the fridge. Unbelievable. Thank you Sigrid and Manfred for a really lovely month in your home. We definitely would recommend to family and friends.

Home away frome Home

I stayed here for almost two months, and would have loved staying longer. After looking for months I ended up purchasing a unit at Anasazi Village because of its uniqueness, the beautiful lush lawns, pools with waterfalls and tranquil atmosphere inside the village. Originally I bought it as an investment. Last year we decided to completely remodel the unit for our selves to use the condo as an interim between houses. We now live about 20 minutes away and go visit with our friends there often. It is very conveniently located, you can walk to the mall, library, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy. It is also a very safe place, gated and nightly security guard on premises.
