Sky Harbor Studio: 5 Min to Airport & Downtown PHX

Chase a pink Arizona sunset at Sky Harbor Suite—an artsy studio with the comforts of a hotel plus private keyless entry, a patio, and a grill. King bed, A/C, Keurig kitchenette, fast Wi-Fi, and free street parking round it out. Only a 5-minute drive to Sky Harbor Airport, Chase Field, and Downtown Phoenix. Skip the hotel fees and book the closest 'bnb to the airport.

The space
A private studio in a triplex — your own entrance, your own patio, your own quiet corner. Stocked like a hotel, priced like one too: sizable mini fridge with freezer, microwave, filtered water cooler, and Keurig coffee maker (no full kitchen). You also get a private A/C unit, Roku Smart TV, dining table, ergonomic workspace, and 103 Mbps Wi-Fi for remote-work days.
What a hotel won't give you: a hand-painted indoor and outdoor mural by Phoenix artist Jonah Ballard of The Painted Ladies (@thepainted_ladies on IG). It's the photo everyone takes.
Need a ride? Guests can book Waymo's driverless vehicles to and from the airport (and anywhere else in Phoenix!)—an experience worth trying once.

We designed Sky Harbor Suite for travelers who don't need a whole house. Layovers, business trips, romantic weekends, concert nights at Chase Field—this studio fits them all. Guests consistently tell us the private patio and quiet block beat a hotel stay.

Self check-in w/keyless entry
Arrive on your schedule. Our gated padlock and Yale smart lock means no lobby, no front desk, no waiting. Your hosts are close by if you need anything— otherwise, you won't see us.

No in-unit washer/dryer, but two public laundromats sit under a mile away — including Ranchie's 24-Hour Laundromat & Dry Cleaners.

Security & the neighborhood
Ring cameras cover the front gate and suite entry for your safety (and your car's). We've lived next to the property for 4+ years and have had zero issues—our neighbors look out for each other.
Central City is urban, diverse, and full of longtime locals. There are some empty lots nearby and an industrial/automotive business stretch close by. We work hard to keep the space private and safe, but if an urban setting isn't your comfort zone, this may not be the right pick.
We will not provide refunds based on the location.

Early check-in / late check-out
Standard check-in is 3 p.m., check-out is 11 a.m. Need a little flexibility? Early check-in and late check-out are each $25 when available—message us and we'll do our best.

Quiet hours enforced from 10pm-7am daily. This is not a pet-friendly Verb as there is NO lawn for furry friends. Breaking of any rules will result in a fine up to $150 and/or immediate cancelation of your reservation.
