Craftsman Cottage minutes from the Mississippi River.

The 1924 Craftsman cottage has a furnished front porch, an open floor plan, restored original wood floorsk and lots of window light. Located on large, private lot walking distance to the Mississippi, riverfront park, downtown Marquette and Casino.

There is one bedroom with a king-size bed, closet and antique dresser. The second bedroom has two twin beds and is adjacent to the living room. A renovated "Jack & Jill" style full bathroom connects both bedrooms and has a tub-shower, fluffy towels, vanity and hair dryer. One set of towels (one each: wash cloth, hand towel & bath towel) are provided per guest. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and one roll of toilet paper are provided per stay. The open living room has a full size sofa, armchair and smart TV for use with your steaming accounts. The cottage has 5G wifi throughout, central air conditioning and heat. Games and books available for use during stay. The cottage does not have a landline telephone.

Full kitchen includes dining table with seating for 4-8, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, teapot, pots & pans, dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, salt/pepper, olive oil and vacuum cleaner. Hand soap, dish soap, a new sponge and one roll of paper towels are provided per stay. Washer, dryer, detergent, iron and ironing board are available in the basement. An additional toilet is also available in the basement.

Our large lot is very private, with a dining set on the pleasant fenced-in patio, lounge chairs, additional picnic table, new charcoal grill with tools (charcoal not provided), two large side yards, and a basketball hoop on the main driveway (basketball provided). Ample room for parking a boat or RV in driveway.
