This spacious, modern townhome at Zion’s Village offers room for up to 20 guests with 14 beds, making it perfect for family reunions, group adventures, or corporate escapes. With a private hot tub, converted garage into game room, and access to the resort-style community pool with a *lazy river*, every stay is unforgettable.

The fun doesn`t stop there, unwind and relax in our private hot tub beneath the open sky, surrounded by the serene beauty of Zion`s Village.

- Bedroom 1: King bed with en suite bathroom (Sleeps 2)

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: 2 Triple Twin Bunk Beds (Sleeps 6)
- Bedroom 3: 2 Twin-over-Queen Bunk Beds (Sleeps 6)
- Bedroom 4: 2 Queen Beds with en suite bathroom (Sleeps 4)

Living Room: Sofa Bed (Sleeps 2)

Community Amenities: Bring your bathing suits - the lazy river is as resort style as it gets! The community pool, lazy river, and hot tub is a very short walk from our unit. The pool and lazy river are heated as well!
Hours: 9am-10pm - open seasonally for summer months

Guests also have access to the beautiful clubhouse that offers a gym, additional games (Air Hockey & Foosball) and a kitchenette.

Notes: Sand Hollow State Park is 15min away, & Zion National Park is only a 30min drive away!

Guests have full access to the home, garage game room, private hot tub, and all Zion’s Village community amenities including the pool, hot tub, and lazy river. There is additional overflow parking on a first-come, first-serve basis, along with ample street-parking.

A car is the best way to get around Hurricane and the surrounding area. Parking is available at the home, and most attractions are a short drive away. Local grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations are just minutes from the property.
