We’re sorry to hear there was some frustration around the pool heat. The pool heater is an optional amenity with an additional charge, and for guest safety and transparency, we do require written confirmation before we can proceed with activation. It looks like we didn’t receive that final authorization, which is why the heat wasn’t turned on during your stay.
