For your convenience, the cottage includes a kitchenette equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare light meals, snacks, and your morning coffee. Please note that this cottage does not include a full kitchen.
When it's time to unwind, the bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a plush queen-size bed designed for a restful night's sleep. Thoughtfully furnished with comfort in mind, it's the perfect place to recharge after a day of exploring the Smokies.
The custom en-suite bathroom is a standout feature, showcasing a beautifully designed oversized walk-in shower that provides a spa-like experience. Modern finishes and tasteful décor create a relaxing space where you can refresh and unwind.
Step outside onto the private deck and enjoy the serenity of the surrounding community. Sip your morning coffee while listening to the sounds of nature, soak in your private hot tub beneath the stars, or walk to the nearby creek and enjoy the peaceful mountain atmosphere.

Inaccurate description

The cabin is clean and bed is comfortable. The pictures of the property aren't accurate. The grass/weeds were overgrown and needed attention. The property is right off the road and not as remote as it seems in the description and pictures. My biggest complaint is that NOWHERE in the description of the cabin does it say it is a duplex. I would have booked elsewhere had I known it was a duplex with paper thin walls. My son and I weren't in the cabin much but laying in bed listening tp the people on the other side snore was quite miserable. We could also hear every word the other guests said and I'm sure the were equally as irritated with our conversations.

Greenbriar Preserve is a charming cottage community located just 20 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. This peaceful retreat is nestled along a scenic creek and offers a quiet escape while still being close to all the area’s attractions. When we saw the location, we knew everyone would love the location as much as we did, and so the Greenbriar Preserve came to be.

The community is relatively new, with construction beginning in 2023 and thoughtfully expanding through 2024 and 2025 as its popularity grew. Guests love the serene setting, natural surroundings, and relaxing atmosphere.
We’re proudly pet-friendly (we love animals!), so feel free to bring your furry companions along. The community offers plenty of space to enjoy leisurely walks with your dog, whether along the creek or around the picnic area next to a large open field.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. Guests found smoking indoors will be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $1,000 and immediate removal from the property. All payments made for the reservation will be forfeited in full.
