Sleeps 5 people (up to 2 adults). Covered Front porch. Enjoy cookouts with gas grill provided. Queen Bed in primary bedroom has attached private bathroom. 2nd Bedroom has two (CAMPER-SIZED) beds perfect for kids and. Twin cot in Living Room (fold-out Ottoman)

**Guest Agreement signature required within 24 hours of booking
**Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 5-days after your stay is complete.
**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.
**Golf Cart use is for licensed drivers Age 21+ - Must sign golf cart waiver and upload drivers license for any potential drivers prior to arrival. GOLF CART MAY NOT LEAVE THE GATED COMMUNITY OF OCEAN LAKES FAMILY CAMPGROUND
**MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
