We really enjoyed this beach home and it's close proximity to the beach, the bar, and the convenience store. It was far enough away from the chaos, yet an easy walk when we chose to venture downtown. The home was clean and comfortable with modern furnishings. I would definitely stay there again, and probably will.

Enjoyable extended weekend vacation

Spacious and worked well for our family of all ages. For an older home it was very clean and everything we needed included. Steps from the beach that was convenient for us.

Great location

Great location with a couple places very close for eats/drinks and hanging out. Beach is incredibly close. Nothing bad to say about the place. It was as described.

Was clean and functional

I was in love with this fenced in unit, It was perfect for the dogs!!! plenty of towels, and so close to the beach!! Made for a perfect vacation for me and my family.

Wonderful location

We really enjoyed our stay! It was very family friendly and the location was perfect. We had a small child and elderly with us and were able to easily come and go from the beach. The only thing I wish I knew was how well equipped the house was so that I didn’t pack as much as I did. We loved it and will be back!

We had a great time, the property was just as it was described, it was less than a minute walk to the beach, and I'm not a fast walker, it's a older property, but well maintained and decorated very cute! We had a great time there, and would recommend it to budget minded vacationers!

I love this location and I love this older house! The location is phenomenal to eateries, bars and shopping! I have been a renter here for 7 years and the best part of being here is 30 steps from being on the sugary white sands of Clearwater Beach!!

The Perfect Beachside Vacation Location, Location, Location......

Sandy Shores II is perfectly located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, literally steps away from the beach. Should you choose to venture away from the beach and the perfectly appointed accommodations, everything you could ever need is within walking distance, including fantastic restaurants, bars, etc. White sugar sand, and gorgeous sunsets. The perfect beach vacation location!

Old home with charm

House was a good location to the beach. Sad to see so many high rises going in & the old homes disappearing. This was an older home for sure, but had everything we needed.

It is an older property, but very well maintained and very spacious. About 10 steps from the front door and you are literally on beach sand. Will definitely stay here again. Love the fact that you can walk the beach or either the shopping strip. Its all in a comfortable walking distance.

Great location

We liked the location being so close to the beach and close to a restaurant and a gas station. Everything is within walking distance, even a big public pool. Would have liked extra locks on the two back doors that lead outside, but we didn’t have any issues. 3 beds and an additional pull out bed. Great customer service.

Location, Location, Location!

This "Old Florida Charm" home has captured my heart for 8 wonderful years! If the walls could talk, I am sure the stories of the days of old would be plentiful! If you're looking to capture full moons, fabulous sunsets, and the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico in Clearwater Beach, look no further! Relax, and enjoy. This IS the place!

Awesome Location!

I loved my stay at Sandy Shores. The location is absolute perfection. Across the street from the Palm Inn Restaurant and steps from the beach which could not have been more convenient. From there it's just a five minute walk to the shops and restaurants of Clearwater beach. The place was much bigger than I thought and was presentable and comfortable. Allison from Belloise realty was also extremely helpful in the setup process. A 10/10 trip

Great

It is an older property, but very well maintained and very spacious. About 10 steps from the front door and you are literally on beach sand. Will definitely stay here again. Steps from the beach

We enjoyed that the beach was only a few steps away from this property. There was plenty of room and could have had more people stay there. We liked the bathroom, living space and kitchen. The beds were not to our liking and had difficulty sleeping. I would suggest investing in new beds for the property.

Terrible place

The place is completely mis represented. There are holes in the floors, cieling , Mold , doors don't shut. Paint is chipping off inside and outside. Would never stay here again
