Our new luxurious Beach View Villa is located in an exclusive enclave of custom built homes in the most desirable area of Koh Samui. You look out on to one of the most beautiful views in the world and with total privacy even while swimming in your infinity pool.

The villa architectural style is Modern Asian and features a 100 sq. meter open kitchen dining living design with sea views from every room. There is a 12 meter long infinity pool with stunning views of Tongson Bay and the beach below. Multiple outdoor lounging and dining areas offer guests a wide range of options to relax and enjoy the views in comfort and style. The villa even has a lift from the parking area.

The 10 seat indoor dining table is made from a magnificent solid Acacia Wood slab, the state of the art kitchen features African Granite slabs and induction stove top cooking. The 60 inch LED TV with large sectional sofa allows you to enjoy watching your favorite programs and movies in comfort. Netflix is offered free of charge. Free High Speed Wi Fi is available throughout the villa.

Our villa has three suites on the top floor, including a 100 Master Suite. There is another ensuite bedroom on the pool level. The fifth ensuite bedroom is on the lower floor below the pool terrace Each of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with a large shower rooms and the top level suites have free standing bathtubs. . All rooms have king size beds, are fully air conditioned and have private terraces except for the fifth bedroom on the lower level.
