Amazing Stay!

Great communication and great property. David was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. And of course, the property was just as amazing as the pictures. Probably one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. Would definitely recommend!

Great family time

The host always answered his phone , the staff was so helpful. The house was immaculate, staff cleaned. Air-conditioning and all appliances worked well.

Loved every minute of this stay

The staff and property manger were spectacular. We held a small wedding on the pool terrace. We had a group of 17 +1 baby and were able to accommodate everyone. The only thing to note is that main living areas do not have air conditioning units so you will not be able to sleep comfortably. Extra beds will need to be put in bedrooms. The staff cooked us an amazing dinner and helped arrange all our transportation. The view is out of this world and bathrooms are massive. We would definitely stay here again.

Exceeds all expectations

Absolutely incredible experience. We arrived as a group of six to celebrate our 50th birthdays we spent 9 unforgettable days at the Villa. Let me tell you, the hardest part was leaving. Everything about the villa was just perfect, from the spacious bedrooms and beautiful living areas to the top-notch facilities and stunning pool But what truly made this stay extraordinary was Au’, the house manager. Her charm, humility, and attention to detail went above and beyond. She took care of everything seamlessly, resolving every little issue and making the entire experience flawless. Sometimes, your choices hit the jackpot, and this was definitely one of those times. We can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful family holiday

We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks at the end of August. I can recommend the villa's location because of the tranquility, the security and the stunning views. We hired a car for the duration of our stay and managed to drive to many beaches and places of interest. For evening restaurants we called a cab using the Grab app. (We bought a cheap SIM card at the airport to access 4G whilst we were our and about.) This app was very easy to use and the fares were considerably cheaper and more convenient than trying to hail a taxi . Anyway back to the villa - it's really beautiful and well maintained by the 3 wonderful staff lead by Pon. They took very good care of us and we had an amazing family holiday. Thank you. We enjoyed swimming in the infinity pool in the searing heat of the day as well as star gazing from our lilos at night. We took an x box with us and connected up to the cinema system to watch Netflix and a film or two when the weather was inclement. Just book this villa - you won't regret it. It's a gem!

Thailand Bliss

Our vacation began with 6 Golfers visiting Pataya for 10 days - mental place but the golf Excellent. 2 of us then met up with our Wives and 4 family members in Bangkok for a few days before moving onto Ko Samui for a few weeks. What an experience - the Villa was ideal for our group, with stunning views, a very nice pool, more than enough room for the 8 adults. The Villa was nicely located, peaceful with good security, spacious with plenty of amenities for our needs, and then there is Au, who looked after us during our Stay - she also provided some very nice treats, in the form of refreshments and the local spicy foods. She was excellent and we were all very pleased to have her look after us. You do need transport to get around, but we decided not to Hire cars, and to rely on the local Baht bus / taxi's for which there are plenty, and the added cost is reasonable. May be a bit more than car hire, but you are more relaxed !! Driving in Thailand is not for the faint hearted ! So David all in all the group really enjoyed the vacation in Ko Samui, helped greatly by our stay at your amazing Villa, and Au was the icing on the cake - Thankyou.

Tolles Haus, toller Blick, hervoragendes Personal

Wir hatten einen Tollen Aufenthalt in den Haus! Alles hat toll geklappt! Die Angestellten waren zauberhaft! Die Lage stellt einen manchmal vor Herausforderungen, da nicht alle Fahrer bereit sind, in die Berge zu fahren! Leider ist am vorletzten Tag unser Pool kaputt gegangen. Trotz aller Mühe war es bis zur Abreise nicht möglich diesen zu fixen, so dass wir 2 von 8 Tagen keinen Pool hatten!

Thailand Paradise

The staff was very helpful and nice, home had an amazing view with enough room for our big family and the beach was a short walk with lots of sea glass to collect :)

A lovely property with awesome views, stunning rooms and impeccable service

We stayed here to celebrate our daughters wedding on Koh Samui. It was simply the perfect place, with space to fit all our lovely family in impressively sized en suite rooms . The communal areas were spacious and very well equipped. Beautiful pool area with lovely views of the sea and island. We spent many a pleasant evening eating and chatting outside in the balmy Thai air. If you are travelling with small children however its is worth noting that the infinity pool could use some protective glass to ensure that small children are safe, and there is the odd sudden drop off some of the side paths which would benefit from a barrier. It was a short taxi ride from Chaweng beach and when we were feeling adventurous we just walked down the hill and took a bus. We would highly recommend the chef, he cooked us some of the best Thai food we have ever had and we have been coming to Thailand for over a decade. Most of all though we would really like to thank the two lovely Thai ladies who looked after us, they worked tirelessly to make sure the place was always spotless and were helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they always greeted us with warm and sunny smiles. Please pass on to them how grateful we are for their impressive service. We all had an amazing time. If you're thinking about staying here you are in for a treat.

The Perfect Trip!

On the 21st May this year I stayed at island View Villa with 6 of my colleagues while on a trip to Koh Samui. We chose Island View Villa because it looked like an incredible place with very convenient location to the main town of Chaweng and was very reasonably priced. It seemed like the perfect package for us and what we were looking for, and we were right. From the moment we arrived the excellent staff of Khun Porn, Khun Beer, Khun Kung and the chef Khun Aod made us feel very welcome and started to help us settle straight away. Cold towels and drinks upon arrival and a tour of the entire Villa made us feel very welcome. The staff were very friendly and courteous and took excellent care of us for our entire 4 night stay, driving us to the store, stocking up on supplies for us, booking (and cancelling) mini vans and taxi's for us as our plans changed, the whole time making sure we wanted or needed for nothing. They kept the place in immaculate condition for our whole stay and gave us lots of advice when we needed it on what to do on the island. The Villa itself is a beautiful place. The pool was excellent and of a very good size and there was more than enough outdoor/indoor seating and relaxation areas to keep an army of people happy. I think this would be an excellent villa to stay in should a family or group of families be travelling with children. Downstairs under the swimming pool area there was a gym, an amazing massage room with rock walls and flowing water that has to be seen and a 12 person cinema room with projector, perfect for those rainy days to keep the children occupied while the parents relax upstairs. The food during our entire stay was fantastic and I have to commend the chef Khun Aod for this. He really did put in hours of prep and cooking time for each meal to make sure it was perfect and it really was. There was tons of delicious food in both Thai and Western styles to keep everyone happy and there was tons of it so nobody ever went hungry. We ate like lords the entire time we were there!! To finish I would just like to say that I couldn't recommend Island View Villa any more. Our stay was fantastic, made perfect by the great staff and I would not hesitate to stay here again. From a booking point of view everything was very smooth also. The owners were great to deal with and very prompt in their replies to the many questions I had before booking. They answered every question I had (and there was a many) courteously and without any issue

Excellent vacation hang-out

This villa is huge and luxurious, with a great view. All the rooms and facilities are well maintained and the service crew are friendly and extremely helpful. The villa supervisor, Ya, would attend to all our needs (and we were a group of 9) and help us arrange transport as necessary. The villas facilities made itself a self sufficient resort and we spent a great deal of time just hanging out in the villa itself. The owner was also accommodating and provided very quick response on our enquiries. It's an excellent choice for big groups of friends or families. All my friends fell in love with the villa and couldn't stop raving about it, even after we left! I will definitely recommend this villa to any of my friends heading to Koh Samui. In fact, all my friends and i are likely to bring our families back one day.
