This newly renovated cabin and wedding destination, where rustic meets luxury, is a one-of-a-kind secluded property perched above other cabins in the Smoky Mountains Ridge subdivision, offering 360-degree panoramic views of the mountains. The property features a custom ceremony and observation deck, an outdoor firepit, and an outdoor kitchen. Sitting on nearly 4 acres, this cabin includes five bedrooms, and four full bathrooms. With two full-sized kitchens, itā€™s perfect for family gatherings and vacations, sleeping up to 12 people. The game room, media room, poker area, hot tub, and multiple decks ensure fun for all ages. There's even an adjustable basketball hoop for those who love to shoot hoops wherever they go! We can host weddings of up to maximum of 65 guests which does include children and vendors..

Guests have full access to the entire cabin.
Wheelchair accessible with ramps and a wheelchair-friendly bedroom, plus a set of French doors leading outside. The bathroom includes hand grips in the shower, with a shower seat available.
Staff available nearby and reachable via text.
Located in a residential area with few close-by homes.
Car transportation is recommended; Uber is also available.

EVENTS & WEDDINGS:
-Events and weddings are allowed with prior written permission, for an additional $1900 fee for up to 65 guests.
-Fee includes 65 chairs, 8 tables, use of the ceremony deck and arch, and access to the grounds for your party. The guest count includes kids and vendors.
-Parking is available for up to 15 cars.
-Event insurance is required for all weddings, parties of all types and weā€™ll assist with the simple process.

EVENT INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:
-Venue owner to be added as Additional Insured on required Event Policy.
-Provide coverage of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence, and $2,000,000 aggregate.
-Include Host Liquor Liability Insurance (no exceptions). -Separate ā€œEvent Agreementā€ to be signed, in addition to ā€œRental Agreementā€, within 15 days of booking, or no later than 14 days prior to check in; whichever comes first.

The hosts of Cielito Lindo were wonderful-- communicative, clear, and helpful. The cabin itself is a dream and even more amazing in person. It is tucked away with the perfect mix of privacy and closeness to town. Beautiful views and so many amenities.We hosted a 36 person wedding at the cabin and it was beyond our wildest dreams. This is the PERFECT place to have a small wedding. The outdoor deck is suitable for a dinner space as as well as a dance floor. The main floor kitchen and dining works great for the bar space/catering. The downstairs great room was where the groomsmen got ready and everyone else 'hid' and hung out before the ceremony started. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom is so spacious and the new getting ready space (with vanity tables, chairs, and a wine fridge) was perfect for my bridesmaids to get ready. And the main part-- the OVERLOOK!!! I cannot wait to see the pictures, the view speaks for itself. There's so many good things I can say about this place. One thing to note-- the driveway is gravel and uphill, so we'd recommend an AWD car and to give your wedding guests a heads up.If any brides planning a wedding here need anymore info/tips about this cabin, feel free to DM me on instagram @danirappel. Great cabin and location!

Beautiful cabin with everything we needed for a family. We loved the location close to all the attractions but secluded enough to have our own space . The beds were amazingly comfortable. Everyone commented on them and wants to know where we can get mattresses like that. The owner answered all my questions promptly and was great to work with. We will look forward to staying here in the future.

Awesome Cabin

Came here with a party of around 10 of us this past weekend, it's even better than the pictures. Patio is incredible, views even better, and plenty of comfortable sleeping spots. Literally the top of the mountain. Not sure we saw a better Cabin our entire weekend. Highly recommend.

Pure Luxury ā€” A Unique Getaway With Stunning Views

With stunning views, this spacious cabin is set away from the others providing lots of privacy. There are seven or eight different places (patios, elevated deck, firepit area) to relax and enjoy the views. The layout of the cabin is perfect ā€” large bedrooms, kitchen, livingroom and game room/theater. Every amenity has been considered ā€” hot tub, grill, pizza oven, fire pit, hammock, cooking gadgets, and even jumbo marshmallows. This is not a cookie cutter cabin; it is unique, special and worth every penny!

Most Beautiful Mountain Home!

We have travelled all over the world, and this is one of our favorite properties! Including the loft, there are four levels to spread out so everyone can have their own space. The pictures do not do the property justice as they donā€™t capture the incredible views of the mountains! Between ping pong, billiards, hot tub, poker, and sā€™mores over the fire, the only problem was deciding what to do next. Location is incredible, right next to all the action if you want it - 10 mins away, or you can have complete solitude on your own mountain top castle!

Wedding in the Smokies

My wife researched locations for over a year. She selected this location. We had our wedding rehearsal and actual ceremony and reception on site. The site was PERFECT. The deck overlooking the mountains was a perfect spot for the ceremony, and the deck with the grill was a perfect venue for the reception. All rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable. The location had more than enough chairs and tables for us to use. Bathrooms, kitchens, appliances were all worked and were user friendly. Cannot say enough good things about the location and the property manager Antonio who was easy to communicate with. This location in a piece of heaven in Tennessee.

All great. Only issues were could not start dishwasher due to label part was missing. Masterbathroom jacuzzi tub did not start. How ever we did not call to see about either. Very minimal issue. Otherwise plan on returning to have my daughters wedding if still available in October 2021.

An amazing family vacation!!!

Brought 3 children and 2 grands with us from coastal Georgia. Let me tell ya, the pictures were impressive but the real thing was breathtaking!!! Full beautiful kitchen upstairs and another on the bottom floor. Sooo much room and space for all. The adult children reconnected and reminisced around the fire pit overlooking the deep valley and the smokies high above. I personally was so impressed with all the natural light, being able to see the sun come up on one side of the master bedroom and set on the other. The views from every room was majestic. Truly impressed with all the little signs reminding folks to slow down and truly enjoy life. I love all the minor details, fixtures, lighting... Graduation ceremony

Great looking cabin. Lots of room to celebrate my daughter college graduation and plenty of beds and parking. But there are some things that believe I should point out. 1. Outside fireplace was advertised but is not in working condition. I had 15+ people celebrating dinner outside. It would have been nice to have the fireplace. The space heaters were not sufficient. 2. Wifi was only working on the main floor. I saw at least 4 routers, but I guess none of them worked. 3. The grill would not start or ignite. 4. The random lights on a timer would cut on and cut off at various times of the day. Never could find the switch. 4. Washer has mold in it.

Great location for a small wedding.

The pros: The location was great for our small wedding. It rained for a portion of our wedding day but we still had a great time. We could comfortably fit a 30x40 tent and about 16 cars on the property with room for additional cars to spare. The property hosts were very responsive before and during the stay. Hosts were accommodating with an early check in and late check out. The house and exterior areas were spacious. The kitchen had plenty of supplies for cooking basic meals. Beds and bathrooms were clean. They had recently added an 8 to 10 person hot tub and extended the upper deck area which was a nice surprise. The areas of improvement i would say are: 1. There were some large ruts in the driveway which they mentioned were from recent heavy rains. Filling these would make the drive to the property a little less unnerving for out of state guests. 2. The sliding doors on the upper deck are older and hard to open and close. 3. The kitchen floors had some crumbs on them upon our arrival. 4. The retractable shade in the master bath was dirty with mold and mildew ( the host had maintenance out the next day to replace it ) 5. Three out of four of the grill ignitors were broken ( the host had maintenance drop off a stick lighter so we could fire up the rest ) 6. The $1900 fee for using the space as a wedding venue only includes 60 chairs and 6, 6 foot folding tables. Additional folding tables would be nice to be included for space for guests to eat.

Just straight up fantastic!

The outdoor space was amazing! The indoor space also amazing! The view double amazing! We had a issue with one of the shower doors but they responded quickly and fixed it with very little inconvenience to our stay. One of our party was in an electric wheelchair due to ALS. We knew from pictures the showers were not roll in but we were still hoping to get close enough to transfer but the electric wheelchair did not fit in the bathrooms. Also hoping to transfer to couch but the electric couch did not work so no reclining function which we would have needed. After we asked they were able to provide us with a doorway ramp so the main floor was wheelchair accessible. All in all not the best wheelchair experience but this is the case wherever you go even ada compliant hotels so couldn't even knock it a star. Plus it was amazing!! Yep truly amazing inside and out! plenty of room for our big family whether we wanted to hang out inside or outside.

Excellent event venue

We had my daughterā€™s wedding here and it was beautiful! We had everything we needed in one spot. The sleeping arrangements, ceremony, pictures and the reception. We had friends and family from out of town that had somewhere to stay. It was so much more relaxing to not have to run around to different places on wedding day. The views are gorgeous! The house was amazing and big enough for everything. If youā€™re having under 100 people it would be perfect for you. We will probably go back for family vacations or reunions. The owners are very nice and get back to you immediately if you have any questions. This is a go to destination.

Miscommunication

Check-in & Home šŸ’Æ Purposefully chose a cabin with a hot tubā€¦THIS ONE DIDNT WORK!!! A repairman was sent but NO resolve and NO discount for the trouble.

AMAZING!

This cabin is absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect place to host our rehearsal/dinner and wedding. The view is just breathtaking and the customer service was great throughout the process, Ana and Rhonda were great with communication upon booking even a year in advance. We had our eye on this place before we got engaged and it did not disappoint. The hot tub was a hit every night and the spacious kitchen was everyoneā€™s favorite place to gather.

Excellent wedding venue

We stayed here and had our small wedding on the property. It was perfect. The hosts did a great job communicating with us and understood how important of an occasion it was. We plan to stay here again in future years and many of our guests plan to return with their families as well!

We have been vacationing in the TN area for approximately 25 years. We just retired from our full time jobs in an unrelated field, but we are enjoying this process of sharing our cabin, and new stage of our lives. We also enjoy photography, wildlife, nature, and traveling in general. This is our dream house and it was initially purchased as a family vacation home. We wanted the best of everything for this cabin! We later decided it would bring many families lots of joy and beautiful memories if we shared it with them too. We will continuously give it TLC and strive to keep it beautiful as well as unique.

As soon as we set foot on this property, we knew it was the one. It was so unique; rarely does one find a property on a mountain top with acreage, and easy to get to (four wheel drive is NOT needed to access the cabin). We were also surprised at how close it was to area attractions/stores (roller coasters, arcade, outlets, Dollywood, restaurants, WalMart, Publix, white water rafting, snow tubing, horse back riding, etc.). Often times ones finds beautiful cabins but with no land, or no privacy. Our cabin allows for seclusion and privacy, but you are still close to everything.

We are happy to answer your questions about hosting your wedding on our property and here is information that covers many of the questions we have experienced.

1. Cielito Lindo is limited to a maximum of 65 attendees for an event. $2M Event policy required.

2. Events and weddings are welcome for an additional $1900 for up to 65. This fee includes 65 chairs, 8 tables, use of the ceremony deck and arch, and access to the grounds for a large party.

3. We require a third-party insurance that is offered at cover my events and has two options of coverage. The insurance is above the fee with two options between $350-$375. Go to: http://www.covermyevents.com

4. We have tables and chairs for your use. We provide them for you to set up where you like and also to take down. Using the tables and deck area is just fine and whether you use a DJ or Caterer is your decision and does not affect the wedding fee. We do not provide additional toiletries, amenities, or household supplies for guests of the wedding party - these are limited to the max head count staying in the house.

5. Allowances are made for catered receptions, licensed bartenders, DJ's for music and dancing and many other items which come with a wedding. A vendor list must be provided prior to event. Please note that Sevier County quiet time is 10:00pm.

6. The arbor is in place for all weddings so you would be most welcome to use it for your ceremony; you may not take it down.

7. Cielito is about 5 miles SW off the parkway in Pigeon Forge just off Wears Valley Rd.

8. We do have a cabin a few blocks down - Smoky Ridge Poolside Retreat - which is a larger cabin 6/6 in the same subdivision with an indoor pool, theater, and game room. This could be much more cost-effective than a motel/lodge.
