Thanks to the premiere location of this condominium within the Canyon Shores complex, your southwest facing balcony boasts a spectacular mountain view. It's also the perfect place to relax with a cool drink and good book - or maybe just watch the ducks enjoy one of the several beautiful ponds. This condo is one of the few units within the complex which enjoy a large pond and fountain view in both the front and back. This feature truly creates an atmosphere of calm relaxation and lush seclusion.

From corkscrew to cookie sheet, food preparation will be a breeze in this fully stocked kitchen. Both bedrooms feature plush-top queen-size beds. The main bedroom boasts a 40'' flatscreen TV for your streaming services and full ensuite. The guest bedroom has the hallway bath just steps away. If you have additional guests, no worries! The sofa in the living room converts into yet another queen bed.

Living room has a 50" 4K TV , DVD player and a streaming service that provides literally thousands of channels, the latest movies and all of your old favourites. The streaming service also provides your local channels, so you can stay on top of the news back home. Visiting from overseas? Channels are available in dozens of languages (French/German/Ukrainian/Spanish/Chinese/Japanese - just to name a few.)

You can easily stay connected with friends and family back home thanks to high-speed wireless internet and free long-distance calling throughout North America. A key-less entry also means you'll never have to worry about keeping track of the keys. One covered parking stall is included with the rental and there are plenty of guest parking spaces just outside your front door.

Great place, great host

The complex is very nice and so is the unit. Everything you need (and then some) is provided. Communication with the host was very easy. This is the best experience I have had with VRBO rentals.

Quiet gated community with tennis courts

We stayed at Mark's Canyon Shores condo for a month. The home is spacious, bright, and comfortable. It was well-equipped with adequate linens, pillows, towels, cooking ware, soaps, and paper supplies. This quiet gated community has a great location - restaurants, grocery stores and local attractions are within an easy drive. Having tennis courts within the complex was perfect and comfortable. The owner, Mark, was wonderful and attentive.

Great condo in pretty good location

Had a little issue when got to property, but, worked out easily enough. Very nice condo and kept in very nice condition. Location is central enough to get around the area easily. Would recommend this place to anyone

Beautiful property and great condo!

We had a great experience at Mark’s property. Mark was easy to communicate with and made access to the condo hassle free. The condo is very roomie, well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and tastefully decorated. There is also a large deck with a nice view of the gardens, pool, and ponds. The property and condo was quite and very relaxing and we felt safe. The property has very nice gardens and water features with ducks. Also has six swimming pools accompanied with hot tubs, with one large main pool. There was also a decent sized gym with a wide range of equipment. The property is 10 min from the airport and 15 min to downtown and lots of shopping choices near by. We really enjoyed our stay at Marks place and highly recommend it! We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo & complex!

This condo is located in a beautiful gated complex with stunning views of the mountains. The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The grounds surrounding the complex were stunning. Mark was wonderful to deal with from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to travel in the Palm Springs area!

Everything a person could ask for and more.... Mark is great to deal with and he made our time feel extra special. Very well kept condo with beautiful views from the balcony. Immaculate grounds and great swimming pools. Gym is a good feature as well. No hassle with keys as the keyless door entry worked great. Completely stocked with all our needs covered. Very comfy bed. Slept like babies our whole stay. Super location to stores, attractions, and restaurants. Highly recommend Marks place! A true 6 on a scale of 5. How great was it?......We already booked time again for the upcoming winter. You could not go wrong.

Best property I've ever stayed in, no doubt!

This is an amazing condo. Not only was it an easy process to obtain temporarily while our new home was being renovated, it was extremely clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Not to mention the easy communication with the owner. He is a great, sincere-hearted guy, the condo was perfect and our overall experience was simply amazing. I would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic!

Visit from Denmark with our girls (aged 15 and 12) in end June/beginning of July and had a superb stay. Everything is like described and Mark is very helpfull and responsive. We almost had the entire complex to our self - the pool - excercise room ect. The condo is perfectly placed in the resort and has unbelivebal many things - ALL you need for your stay!! We will definetly recommend this place to everybody who is seeking a quite and relaxing time whith lots of sun. We travel quite a lot and rent mostly from VBRO/Homeaway - and this place/rental has absolutly been one of the best exprience - Thanks a lot Mark - keep up the very good work of making a great home away from home :-).

Would Stay Here Again in a Heartbeat

I rented this condo for a month in April/May of 2017. Everything was exactly as described. The condo is in a gated community that is very conveniently located. There are multiple pools, and tennis courts just outside the door. There's also a workout room if you're more inclined to indoor exercise. Everything in the condo is very clean, and bug free. It's really a nice place to return to each evening after exploring the Palm Springs area. Next time I visit Palm Springs I will certainly check if this condo is available. I can't imagine finding a place more convenient or comfortable. One last note, the owner of the condo is very easy to work with. I definitely give both him and his condo five out of five stars.

Paradise!

Our family of 5 stayed here for 8 days....it literally was home from home.As a family with 3 children of varying ages this is extremely important.Mark,the owner,has thought of everything.From the shampoo dispensers in the bathrooms right down to the condiments in the cupboards.The location and facilities were great too.We had 6 mad days in LA prior to coming so the relaxed atmosphere was just what we needed.We'll miss barbecuing on the balcony watching the sun go down with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc in hand.Would really love to come back some day.Great communication with Mark too,nothing was ever too much trouble.Highly recommend.

Perfect Condo, great owner, highly recommended

We rented for two weeks in mid-July to work remote (from the condo) while house hunting. Previous reviews are correct when they say it has “everything you need”. For other condos in the past I had to bring spices/ingredients myself or buy them. I was delighted to find everything I needed. The condo had tons of spices/seasonings as well as other food “ingredients” (olive oil, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, etc.) In the refrigerator I found salad dressings, condiments, salsa, even coffee. I do not know if Mark left these there or if past renters left them there but I LOVED the array and abundance. I appreciated it so much that when I ran out of plastic wrap I not only bought some but I also bought plastic bags and foil and added to the collection to help out future renters. There are even reusable shopping bags and a soft side cooler (cold packs in the freezer) for shopping. The unit is exactly as pictured. It’s on the top floor and very quiet (no one above walking around) and faces south (bedrooms face north). I loved the views of the mountains as I started my work day at the dining room table and the wi-fi was great and NEVER failed me. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms so my cousin came to visit for a few days. She loved the condo and the complex so much she decided she wants to buy a unit at Canyon Shores. That’s how nice this place is. Lastly, some comments about Mark. Whenever I rent from someone the first time I get nervous. I want to reassure any future renters that he is very easy to deal with and very reliable. I was nervous about just depositing a check into his account without the protection of a credit card. My worries were unfounded. Within days (and weeks in advance of my rental) the key card to the gate for the complex arrived in the mail and he included a stamped envelope for me to return it after my stay. A few days before the rental I got an email from Mark with the code for the front door. By the way, not having a key was wonderful. No worries about remembering to take the key with to the pool or getting locked out. Everything worked out perfectly with Mark. What few questions I had he answered quickly via text or email. A week after we got back he sent me a check with my deposit refund. If you like the pictures and it’s available, do not hesitate.

Wonderful Condo, Beautiful Grounds

We stayed at Mark's Canyon shores condo for the month of Feb. I knew as soon as I walked in that it was going to be great. The condo is spacious, bright, and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with every gadget you might need. The grounds are stunning. We loved walking the perimeter of the gated neighborhood every morning, lounging by the pool, bike riding to Palm Springs and sitting on the balcony enjoying a margarita while watching the ducks in the beautiful ponds. There are so many fun things to do in the area that we could not get it all done in a month....have to go back next year!!! Mark was remarkable to work with...we were very last minute on our reservation but he made sure we did not stress about it. His words were "go have fun in the sun" and that what we did!! Thank you Mark...can't wait to go back.

Relaxing vacation condo

The accommodations and location of this condo were wonderful. The peaceful and beautiful grounds and pools of Canyon Shores enhance your stay in the sunny Coachella Valley. Restaurants, grocery stores and local attractions are within an easy drive. The owner, Mark was wonderful and attentive. The condo is clean, fully stocked with supplies and well furnished. Having in house Wi-fi was an added plus as well as satellite TV. All information and photos listed on website are exact. We would definitely stay in this lovely condo, again.

Equipped Just Like at Home

Stayed at this rental in November 2014 after having spent the last 5 years elsewhere, and I will sure to return. Not only is Mark very accommodating, the unit is in a quiet gated community close to everything. It is fully stocked, spacious and is within a short walk to 2 of the 5 pools and tennis courts/clubhouse in the community. Pictures are exactly as stated on the website. Cannot wait to come back next year.

Exactly as advertised!

Our recent stay at Canyon Shores was thoroughly enjoyable. The property, grounds, amenities and condo were all accurately represented and lived up to (and sometimes exceeded) expectations. The condo was clean, large, well-furnished and had all the little extras needed, including condiments, plenty of towels, iron, in-suite laundry, and our favourite, Canadian TV, so we could keep up with our football team! Mark was very helpful in answering our numerous questions before arrival, and we had no issues while at the condo. The location within the complex was perfect - ponds and waterfalls on either side of the condo, and the balcony had a great view over one of the pools and the mountains. The tennis courts, gym, and main pool were only steps from the condo, and the complex overall was very well kept and quiet. Plenty of hummingbirds to watch while we ate breakfast on the balcony! The airport was less than 10 minutes away, and driving to Palm Springs to take in the Air Museum, Art Museum, and Thursday night Villagefest (a huge streetfair complete with food, entertainment and shopping) was even easier. There were no easy-to-walk-to restaurants due to the lack of sidewalks and evening streetlights, but that is the case in most places in the Coachella Valley. We found a great little doughnut shop, Vienna Donut and Ice Cream, about a mile and half away on Ramon Road. The staff were very friendly and we felt like regulars by the second visit. Babe's BBQ and Brewhouse on Hwy. 111 was a great place for an evening meal, sitting on the patio overlooking the River and the sunset. The Trilussa restaurant (Italian) was even closer to home, and had a great evening patio, with movie theatres right next door. The condo was furnished and outfitted in such a way that you felt comfortable and at home, yet the weather and the views reminded us daily that we were indeed in a lovely vacation spot. We really didn't want to leave, but sadly, our 2 weeks' was up. We would highly recommend Mark's condo for a relaxing getaway.

Quiet condo in beautiful complex

The condo was well equipped with adequate linens,pillows, towels, cooking ware, soaps and paper supplies. The beds were comfortable and the TV had a great selection of movie channels. The condo grounds were beautiful and immaculately kept. Mark was very prompt with his replies and very accomodating. He provided a very detailed information package before arrival and a similar list of information was in the unit.

Although I was extremely familiar with Canyon Shores Tennis Club and its outstanding tennis facility this my first time as a renter in this outstanding condo development. I went 2 weeks in HEAVEN!! This gated resort property is centrally located between the down town Palm Springs to the west and Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert to the east. Enjoy the many favorite attractions in Palm Springs such as the Indian Canyons, the Thursday night downtown Palm Springs Street Fair, the Botanical Gardens or the Palm Springs Aerial Tram. Also, visit one of many famous eateries in down town PS on Palm Canyon, Restaurant Row or the River in Rancho Mirage while walking El Paeso in Palm Desert. The well landscaped grounds, crystal clear pools, jacuzzis, tennis courts, fitness center and clubhouse are immaculately maintained. The units owner, Mark was very accommodating for the initial inquiry about rental availability to refunding of the security deposit. The unit is an upper unit with amazing mountain, pool and lake views the surround the condo unit. The deck is a great place to view the morning sunrise while enjoying a great cup of fresh brewed Trader Joes gourmet coffee and in the evening enjoy the awesome desert sunsets with your favorite micro-brew beer, glass of wine or a cocktail. The unit has a washer and dryer, it is well decorated, beds and living room sofas are very comfortable, is immaculately clean, spacious and well stocked with all your needs. The unit is very spacious, has many finer quality upgrades like the new wood floors. Mark goes above and beyond the expectations of providing the guests needs making everything available (well stocked kitchen, laundry room, bathrooms (including shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash, toilet paper, towels, etc). I enjoyed my morning walk through the surrounding Lawrence Welk's Resort and Cathedral Canyon Country Club across the street from Canyon Shores before my gym workout. Everyday was truly a relaxing peaceful sunny day. My 2 weeks had the usual winter desert weather clear skies, sunny and in the mid to high 70's for 14 days in a row. I enjoyed a coupe hours each day at the community pool which was just across the lake from the unit. un crowded and crystal clear was the pool every day. The pictures on the vrbo site are very accurate and real. I can't wait to return this summer and hopefully stay a month. Thank you Mark for sharing this gem of a condo with me to enjoy.

Great PS location!

We spent 9 days in this condo and found it to be more than comfortable. The pictures and descriptions are very accurate. Mark was very accessible and attentive right from reservation to deposit refund. Facility has several amenities including tennis, several pools and a fitness center. Golf course across the street. Also, the grounds are well maintained with several water features. Definitely a condo to return to.

I visited Palm Springs for the first time in 2008 and fell in love with the scenery, pace and hospitality. When looking to buy a property in this desert paradise, I visited many different complexes. I knew the minute I stepped into Canyon Shores, this was the place for me. In addition the to beautiful grounds, the complex is remarkably quiet.

I always try to re-Invest in my property through upgrades and renovations. I believe a property needs to continually evolve to remain attractive to the renter. There are still a few minor updates to be done ... But all in good time!
