Very pretty Desert Princess Country Club condo on the golf course. The patios face south with great views of the Golf Course, Mountains and plenty of Sunshine! There is a golf cart available to drive around the resort area,

The hotel on the property is the Hilton Double Tree, Palm Springs. Our condo is very well located, facing the 6th green and down the 7th hole of the Lagos Course at the Desert Princess Country Club and Resort.

The resort has 54 holes of golf, great tennis facility, pickleball courts, racquetball courts, spa, 30 pools with hot tubs and more. Located 5 minutes from downtown Palm Springs and not far from Palm Desert. The Palm Springs area offers 99 golf courses, great resorts, desert and mountain tours, great shopping and the best restaurants and clubs.

Inside, the condo is newly and nicely furnished, with everything you need. The unit has 2 TVs, with HBO and Showtime, DVRs, phone (available), and high-speed Internet. The condo has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Additionally, there is a full-size washer and dryer in unit. The condo is 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths.

Outside, the condo has two furnished patios, with Bar-B-Q and fire table areas. Additionally, there is table seating for 6. A spare propane tank is provided for refills.

Very comfortable property with great views

This property is nicely upgraded, and the photos in the listing are accurate. The amenities are great, including a fire pit, a golf cart, a bike, bbq, etc. Desert Princess is a lovely property, pristine gardens and golf courses…. and very secure. We would definitely choose to stay there ongoing .

Gorgeous view and condo

We were very impressed with our stay. It is a lovely condo with a gorgeous view. Everything you needed was in the condo. Most places have very few towels, but this place had more than enough, same with the clothes hangers. Overall it was a lovely condo.

Wonderful Stay!

Henry and Jane's place is perfect for a stay in the Palm Springs area! It is located on the Desert Princess Golf Resort and has a nice view of the 7th hole of the Lagos Course and nice views of the mountains just as described. Their place was exceptionally clean, comfortable and had all the necessities you will need, including a golf cart to tour the beautiful Desert Princess Golf Resort. Henry and Jane were easy to communicate with and check-in and check-out was super easy. I would definitely recommend a stay here and wish we could have stayed longer!

Awesome views. Very comfortable stay.

Enjoyed the patio and views immensely. Kitchen was equipped with all the basics. Although some aspects of the condo were a bit dated, it all worked. Beds were comfortable. Great condo for our small dog. Maintenance of the resort and pools was excellent. Would want to stay there again.

I totally enjoyed my stay and feel grateful to have found such an affordable, well located condo. Henry, the owner and his wife are very helpful and responsive. I hope to return to this great golfing resort and will rent this private, end unit condo again!

Great views and location, clean and comfortable

Enjoyed the golf course and mountain views. Private and quiet back patio. The use of the golf cart was added bonus to explore the entire property. Easy to live in condo, nicely outfitted with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.

Convenient, comfortable, super value

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay here. The property is very conveniently located, a 10 minute drive from downtown Palm Springs, and a superb value. A very comfortable place stocked with everything you need. I enjoyed taking the bike for a spin around the property, getting in a swim at the pool a few units down, and relaxing on the back patio. The owners are very friendly and responsive to questions. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!

Great amenities

A dated but great place especially if you're a golfer. Having a golf cart to get around the complex is a must. Went to practice range 2-3 times a week and my wife to fitness daily. Would have rented next year but already booked. My friends and I golfed the pga class 27 hole at Desert Princess country club and all agreed a terrific round

Comfort , Location , Value

Desert Princess Resort was a great place to spend February and March. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. The view from the condo is breathtaking and safe from any erranted golf balls coming into the sixth green as you look on. The patio has two seating. One is around a gas fire pit at your leisure plus another off to the right with a patio table and chairs along with a BBQ. Inside the condo is homey and comfortable. Master bedroom is spacious and the king size bed is comfortable. Henry and Jane were very quick in responding and resolving any issues we had which were very few. I have no problem recommending this condo to anyone. My wife and I have already booked for next year. This was a great two months.

Very Nice Setting.

Beautiful viewpoint overlooking golf course and mountains. Nice seating areas on patio complete with firepit. Note that you can really go through propane. Location is centrally located to all Coachella townsites. The unit itself 30 years old.and tired. The kitchen cabinets are starting to fall apart and the repaint was sloppily done. Both bathrooms need work. The unit needs a reno.That said, the good generally outweighs the bad.

Wonderful March

This was a great place to spend the month of March. If you're looking for a palatial condo with all the newest of everything then this is not for you -- however if you're looking for an affordable place with a great view and a safe location on a golf course, comfortable beds, a very nice patio (although it was nicer when the grapefruit trees were there) with comfortable seating and a propane firepit for the evenings you've found it. Henry and Jane are very easy to work with and they even included a golf cart. The pool is a very short walk away and our little dog loved the grass close to the back patio. Jane is looking to upgrade the dishwasher which will be nice for future guests. All in all this was a great holiday.

Great stay

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend away. Inside the condo was very nice; updated bathrooms and lovely bedrooms. All the bathroom and kitchen items we needed were there. We had a beautiful view of the golf course and Palm springs mountains from a large patio. There was a golf cart, which we used to ride to the hotel's restaurant for a great dinner. There was also a heated pool and hot tub very close to the condo. It made for a very relaxing vacation!
