French Quarter Garden Cottage - Downtown, Hot Tub

Blending southwestern warmth with European style, and adorned with Saltillo tile, reclaimed maple hardwood floors and tasteful decor, French Quarter Cottage is simply beautiful. This 1,200 square foot cottage comfortably sleeps 2 - 6 people and is easily shared with good friends or family. Dog friendly! Our cottages share a courtyard, including a beautiful garden, communal patio with a large BBQ grill, and a 6 person hot tub. Centrally located in downtown Moab.

French Quarter is one of four cottages that share a garden filled oasis courtyard. Each cottage has its own patio outdoor lounge area. There is a communal BBQ and 3 cottages that share the 6 person hot tub.

We are located downtown just two blocks from the very center of restaurants and shops.

Please note although we are pet friendly if you will be bringing in a pet there will be a $30 per pet fee applied to your stay.

We allow up to 2 small/medium dogs in French Quarter. In your cottage you will find a "Dog Package" containing two bowls, waste bags, and a towel for muddy feet to welcome our four legged guests. To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay, we ask pet parents to agree to the following Dog Policy before booking one of our pet friendly cottages:

I have read and agreed to the following Dog Policy for cottages at 3 Dogs & a Moose and I promise that:

-My dog is not aggressive; up to date with vaccinations and is well socialized with other animals and with other people.
-My dog is free of ticks and fleas.
-My dog will be with me under my care at all times. (Alternatively, my dog is crate trained and will be in crate if left unattended in unit.)
-My dog will be on a leash and under my control when outside.
-I will clean up after my dog and dispose of any waste.
-I will keep my dog off of all furniture including the bed, chairs or couches.
-I will assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by my dog during my stay.

French Quarter Cottage is one of four cottages belonging to 3 Dogs & a Moose Cottages. It is a stand alone cottage with a private entrance. French Quarter has a large private patio. Feel free to use the BBQ and hot tub that is located on the communal patio.

Moab is such a special place, and we work hard to make sure that the experience will not stop with your surroundings. French Quarter is designed for self check in and check out. French Quarter Cottage is an amazing treat and retreat in downtown Moab and is located on an artsy off-beat street in the middle of town. While you can walk to all the restaurants and shops on Main Street, you also feel like you are in a secluded nook! French Quarter Cottage sleeps 6 adult people maximum. Extra Smallers are welcome if you have a sleeping pad or want to tuck them into one of the King beds with their Biggers.

Please note this cottage has stairs and a small upstairs balcony.

We care about our environment and your health. Our housekeepers use only fragrance-free (where possible), organic or eco-friendly cleaning supplies.
SMOKING:
- NO Smoking is permitted in any dwelling. Please be mindful, courteous and responsible of your second-hand smoke and cigarette butts. You will be fined $50 if cigarette butts are found.

PETS:
- Let us know if you will be bringing your pet, including service/security dogs, so we can send you our pet policy agreement and make arrangements for any applicable fee payment. Violation of pet agreement and failure to disclose your pet may result in a minimum of $50 fee.

HOT TUB:
- Please do not use bath towels for the hot tub. Cottages will be equipped with designated hot tub towels located in a labelled basket.
- Please rinse off in the shower before entering the hot tub.
- Always replace and latch the hot tub cover after use.
- Children under the age of 16 must be adult supervised at all times during hot tub use.

QUIET HOURS:
- 10pm to 7am. Please be mindful :)

LATE CHECK-OUT FEE:
- Check out is at 10 am. We reserve the right to request a $75 late check out fee if you have not checked out by 10 am.

BIKES:
- We ask that you keep your bikes outside, you are welcome to store them behind the house or lock them to the fence, but please help us to keep greasy things out ☺
